Rates have been hiked 3 times in a single year. I went from paying roughly $200 a month (already more than most places) to over $400 a month. Then on top of that. I have two units and the prices were never the same. One I was paying $178 at the start. Perfectly fine. The other one which is the same exact unit, I’ve always paid over $200 for a month. Now they want over $400 for just one!?!?? This is getting a bit ridiculous. Prices vary greatly, no 24 hour access (which plenty of places offer) and a rodent problem. Not only I’m I pay ludicrous rates all my items are getting deficated, urinated and chewed on by rodents. I honestly don’t know how they have such high ratings without just botting reviews. Or people are really just this stupid.

Great staff at this location!! The property manager, Katrina, made sure that she covered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable of her facility. She was very professional and made me feel like a welcome customer even before I became one. She is a fantastic representative of the company and makes me want to recommend this storage facility to all of my friends and to anyone needing a safe and well ran storage facility.

Nikki was the best and so sweet at first I wanted a 5*10 and I told her what I was storing and she told me a 10*10 would be best and we walked around and talked and she showed me how to store everything then we download the app and she showed me how to work it and my code she was real cool to work with, I'm glad we came across each other

No one is ever on the office to help you. I moved out of my storage unit 3 weeks before my next was due and they still charged me the following month. My account is now in collections and I don’t owe anything.
They have good deals and also the customer representative Undre was very helpful, knowledge, professional, courteous and kind!

Queen at Public Storage on Lorna Road is a superb employee! If I could rate her customer service as 1,000,000 I would! I loved her spirit and warm words of kindness during our phone call! Public Storage is blessed to have an employee as great as her.

Loved this place for over 18 months. My only complaint was my rent went from 49.00 to 111.00. Same space. Just cant afford anymore. Sad
The service provided here went above and beyond all of my expectations. I never write reviews but the service here, especially by Queen, made me need to talk about my experience. I had a lot of questions about the storage units and Queen was so educated and kind as she answered all of them. I was running late for something and forgot to put a lock on my unit and Queen noticed and put it on my unit for me. I have had nothing but the best experience here and that is all thanks to Queen. For any college students I couldn't recommend this place more!!!!
