These gets were great at first. But there is hardly anyone ever in the office anymore.
Additionally they keep raising my rates every 6 months. I am now paying twice what the current advertised price for the same unit is. No warning ever.

Allen Blvd storage Robin was very understanding and helpful multiple times. We had to move my mom into assisted-living and needed a bigger storage unit. Once we had her estate sale then Robyn was very helpful and downsizing to a 10 x 10. And it was only 5 spaces away and made the move really easy. I will say that my 10 foot kayak only fit in the 10 x 10 at an angle. Thank you Robin for your help.

Both times the process was straightforward, and he was upfront about everything. I received clean units. Message to management - please fix the light in my new unit! It is not working.

I rented a unit several years ago. Once you are settled and your belongings are stored they start raising the rate.
Alot! I am paying nearly twice the amount for what the same unit is advertised on their website. Don't let them take advantage of you. I did. I fell for their advertised rate and now I am paying more than a new customer. I have always been on time with my payments. Also, my unit is damp and mildewy. I have water damage to some of my items and due to the mildew I can't go in without a mask. On. Something is not right! There is never a person there to discuss any issues. I was told I need to schedule an appointment to meet with someone regarding my issues. No luck. You are not important to them. Once they have your belongings and they know it's not so easy to gather everything and move again.
We went there to put some Holloween things away for the season.
Was here yesterday and over the weekend at the beaverton Allen location emptying out a unit. Robin who was working was just Amazing!! He is always there to help out every time I've needed it. Thanks so much for everything!

Great experience at this location. Robin was very kind and informative while helping me rent out a space. Definitely recommend this location for the great service and nice/clean facilities here. Best place in Beaverton/Portland to rent that’s been newly renovated. I went to a few different places before locking this one in and it’s by far the best one I’ve seen today. Ask for Robin when you come in and he’ll help with any questions on the units. Super nice and friendly.
It's fine here. It's a safe place to store a bunch of stuff I should just get rid of but keep hanging onto. Only drive-up units, no climate controlled section, but that suits me just fine.
The app is wonky though...sometimes I will be able to open the gate with my phone, other times not. And sometimes it says that I don't have an account or that I don't have a unit rented. Very weird and an inconvenience for sure, but the nearby location and price make that issue bearable. And Robin, the manager, is a very nice guy!

now i get a move out bill of 250 for a month of no storage unit. I put a one star review and now they have apparently fixed it. Lost a nights sleep over it though.
I rented a storage unit in November for $122/mo and in January they raised it to $200/mo. Now, they are raising it again to $260/mo! This is ridiculous! I've only had this unit for 5 months and they raised it this much! I'm getting my stuff out ASAP! What a rip off!

Robin was super helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and even has experience in my old Town home back in California. He made me feel trusted, secure, and safe knowing my belongings will be monitored by camera, able to be double locked with disc lock and cylinder lock to double my protection, and very secure about the monitoring of the facility. I look forward to securing my belonging here.

I purchased a unit LESS than a year ago when my parents passed on. Three months ago they raised my rent by 30% with NO notification whatsoever. I contacted them to find out why, and got the proverbial greedy corporation answer - because we can. I understand rent increases happen but one this large is absolutely unethical and nothing but pure greed - especially in today's economy. And because I live out of state and cannot get my stuff out of there until next spring, there's nothing I can do - and they don't care. Thanks ED from chat customer service for showing me just how greedy your company is. No exception, no empathy, just - 'deal with it'
This location has an excellent manager, Robin, who provides exceptional customer service. He was very informative and took the time to show me all available units (while expertly handling multiple customers so that everyone was taken care of in a timely manner). Robin returned all of my phone calls immediately and was always kind and friendly. He remembered me by name on return visits and helped me to feel welcome and safe at this storage facility. The grounds were immaculate and he spent extra time to ensure that the lock on my unit was functioning properly before the final rental. I feel that my belongings will be safe at this property, thanks to Robin’s expertise. I appreciate all you do, Robin. Thank you!

Easy & Friendly process to lease a space.
Yea sign up with autopay they say. Find out 3 months later they raise your rent price 2 months in a row, the most recent a $100+ increase. Oh btw they won’t even let you know in any way that they are doing so. Definitely going to be talking to attorney because that’s illegal business practices. Not to mention just flat out shady

Actually I'm very disappointed...!!! Did I pay for a storage unit but my visits are limited to one hour... So if you guys plan to run a business and have multiple visits to your unit don't bother find another storage...
I think they pick and choose how often you can visit your storage... totally unfair and those units outside of the gate can be there 24 hours if they want.... This place tracks your visits and your times... Wow makes me wonder what else you guys track of mine with all of my personal information you have on file big warning sign be concerned about this place of business.
They raised their price by $10 dollars less than a year into it, so $93 for a 5x5 and they also don't pro rate, which is a joke. Beware. Plus there was water damage in the unit after I was away for 4 months. Robin seemed like a decent dude, I don't blame him... It just sucks.
Robin is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. Ask him about the band Rush and you won't be disappointed. And then rent a storage unit! And put some Rush stuff in it!

I want Robin to be recognized for his excellent service. He's been so helpful. Whatever his wage is currently, he's being underpaid for the amount of heart he puts into customer service.
What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Robin went above and beyond and he had every reason not to! He is a valuable asset to Public Storage!
