I want to update my review. I had to switch units and the light in the new unit was not working. Justin, the property manager was so helpful. He had to do a repair to the actual light fixture. Very helpful, did an awesome job!!!

I have never in my life used a storage facility so this is my first ever experience with such an establishment. Caught in an extremely stressful situation I began the task of searching for a place to store precious belongings. I can only say it had to be God that lead me to the Public Storage location on Hesperian in San Lorenzo. I am a stickler for customer service and the two Women that helped me were both models of what good old fashioned customer service representatives used to be like, served like, pleasant like, knowledgeable like, and helpful like -from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend this location if anyone is in need of a storage facility.

In 6 months my monthly fee has gone up twice. It's too expensive and many ppl I know are moving their things to competitors that are close by. Also, the managers are off site WAY too much and hardly ever pick up their phones or answer back their voice mails. When I do see a manager in person or do get to speak to one of the phone, it's not a pleasant experience. I think they need more staff and perhaps to get paid more.

Love these units. We had a great location. Clean, no vermin. Never any problems. The staff is always great. Lisa is the current very helpful onsite person.
Cost for this P.S. is high but not more than everywhere else and really we have had no complaints from this location.

April was really helpful when there was a mix up with my new reservation. Instead of leaving things as is, she went above and beyond and made everything work out. It saved me time and money and I appreciated the care that she took to help make the situation right.
Rent went from 200 to 300 dollars after having the unit for only 4 to 5 months.

Our company's experience with this Public Storage location was nothing short of amazing, due to Ann's level of customer service. When we were faced with finding a secure location to load a client's container in the area, we called Public Storage and Ann was ready to assist us however she could. Because of her, we were able to park our container in at the Public Storage facility knowing that our goods were well taken care of. She also stayed in contact with our on-site load supervisor to answer questions we had throughout. So I’ve been storing my 65 Oldsmobile convertible here and my tools and I’m down here organizing, and working on the car every now and then and a minor stuff only.
But I have never been in a storage that I’ve seen the actual management out in the storage area like they walk it regularly. I seem constantly taking notes walking cleaning it’s one of the cleanest and most organized storages I’ve ever used.

I am writing this review because one of the managers at this location has gone above and beyond in helping me.
I first met her while I was going through the gate and I was tailgating another customer, which is against the rules. When I was working in my storage she showed up and was extremely professional polite and nice and help me to understand the rules and why it's so important. She helped me download the app and even showed me how to use it.
After that she continued to touch base with me on some of my other concerns and again went above and beyond the responsibilities of her duties. I had some problems and she helped me figure out some solutions. She had great advice and great problem solving skills.
I have rented many different storages over many years and I've never met a manager quite like her. She definitely deserves some recognition. Her name is Chelsea. Thank you so much Chelsea for your hard work and your dedication.
