wow...wow...wow.....I just had a great experience at the public storage at 7410 W McDowell in Phoenix. The two ladies running the office today are so helpful and cheerful. I was first helped by Candy, who escorted me to a really nice 10 x 15 unit. She explained all the details and I booked my unit online to get the special offer pricing. Then I came back to complete the set up of my unit (get the keys, etc) and Tabatha helped to complete my application. Those two ladies answered all my question, got my application completed and I was out of there quickly....tho I wouldn't mind hanging around with them, as they are very sweet. So I am super happy that the office seems to have real people in it, not like many other storages...where there is a sign on the door stating that someone will be there in two days....maybe. yikes. It's great to know there is a real person to assist you, if you should need it. Candy showed me that the property is very well lit at night, and has a great security system. The ladies keep it nice and clean too. So thanks Tabatha and Candy for your help today, and I look forward to seeing your cheerful faces now and then. :)

Did everything remotely to move in a hurry without knowing where I was moving to & got it all done with an 86 hr work week. Could not have done it without this place & they were so helpful by the phone to make sure I didn't need anything. They did stick pest prevention in my unit & I took no pests into the new apartment thanks to them. Didn't have any pests at the old place either. Was so convenient to just sign up online & do the app. Highly recommend their services & this location. It looks rough in the neighborhood however they do a great job at being a safe storage facility. Well done Public Storage!

Worse ever,..on Dec 9 had to move my daughter's stuff because she was on the road. A woman blocked the entrance way. Sandy came out to defuse the tempers they we hot. She grabbed my arm I was inside of the open car door space
When I asked Sandy to not touch me.Sandy act like a child say I'm polking you as she Polk me. She Polk me several times not caring that in the back seat I had. Two guys they video taped the whole event. The Sandy called my daughter saying she is putting her on the list where we will never rent from there. Sandy had no right touch me then polking me. Sandy who runs this place is amazing. She truly cares about the facility, the people who store their things here & her job. She even works on her days off as she can't stand having a day off. She goes above and beyond helping you. An she keeps the place very clean & in order. The only thing that drives me insane about this place is the fact there aren't any trash bins anywhere at all. I'm there almost daily going thru my things & always have a pile of things to throw away yet I have to lock up my storage, walk around to the gate & go to the front of the storage or the circle k next door to throw things in a trash bin. My only other gripe is that I pay extra for my storage to be indoors in a climate controled area. However, the cooking system either needs to be replaced or possibly serviced as it's always a bit warm in there. If I could give 5* for the sweet lady who runs this place alone I would. If those 2 issues alone would be addressed I'll gladly change my rating to 5* thank you

The property Manager Sandy, has made my experience better, just for being her. She's like an Angel in disguise!! Professional, but caring, and very considerate of others! I'm glad I chose the facility she works at because I can't imagine. She's truly one of the rare good people out there. Other than that I like my storage, clean business and i felt safe at that location even at night time. I had rented a storage from them for 2yrs..
