Very impressed with the facility but wanted to give a 6 star review to Pam. I had an issue with an online reservation and Pam gave me some guidance to complete the reservation over the phone and I was also able to stop by and work with her in person to make an adjustment to the rental! Very helpful, professional and personable thank you Pam!

Highly unprofessional. I called Public Storage 10/3 regarding my bill being incorrect and no one called back. I then looked up their business hours and decided to stop by 10/5 when they opened. Upon my arrival the door was locked. I sat there for over 20 mins and no one showed. Not only was my bill incorrect but the unprofessionalism and lack of care for your renters is bizarre. I would not recommend renting from this location. They just want your money and do not like to handle errors that come up.

9/20 I wanted to give yet another 5 stars to Ms Pam. She continues to be a ROCK STAR. Her customer service is out of this world. Even with me finally being able to get a home I will be vacating my storages she remained super nice. I will miss her! She deserves a HUGE raise. 3/22 There was no way for me to do a 2nd review so I'm adding on to what I posted on 3/21 Pam was once again a Rockstar for me in my time of need. She answered my call AFTER closing and STILL helped me without hesitation. I love great customer service and she is that for SURE. Very much appreciated. 3/21 PAM IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. NOTHING SHORT THAN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Moving across the country recently, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional support I received. Although I ultimately chose a different facility (still Public Storage), Pam's straightforward advice and genuine care for her customers were truly appreciated. Her dedication to finding the best solution for me demonstrates the high quality of service at Public Storage.

Almost certain the employees who work here stole items out of our unit. We've had it for 3 years, and after we paid the bill we went to clear it out & noticed an incredible amount of items missing- that we know for a fact are gone. Not only that but our lock was clearly drilled out and sitting far from the entrance. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about this, considering this location doesn't even have security footage. Just a PSA, your items would probably be safer if you bought a shed and stored them in your back yard. This place cannot be trusted with your things.

This review is for Pam at the Pickerington location. She stopped by to check in while I was working in my unit. What a pleasant surprise. Very friendly; happy to put a face with a name, smiling and customer focused - asking if there was anything I needed. It’s 2024 and customer service just isn’t what it used to be sometimes. But that is not true with Pam. She goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and to let you know she is there to assist you.
