Last fall, I called and spoke to Teresa (office manager Public Storage at 4965 Gender Road) and she provided outstanding customer service and was very friendly! I ended up renting there for over 4 months. I highly recommend this storage facility and working with Teresa. I had no issues with the storage unit and Teresa is available to answer any questions.
Everything from getting a unit to moving in has been great. Public Storage called and asked if I needed anything or had any questions. I do recommend getting a unit here if anyone is in need!

Update 5/23/2022: my rent continues to increase
In 14 months they have almost doubled my rent on 2 units. They make you pay a one time processing fee just to get each unit.
During the winter my unit was frozen shut because they had poor snow removal.
was at the location today and Worked with Amy. She provided excellent customer service, she was able to answer all my questions. She stated she was still in training, but seemed as though she had been there for years. Would strongly recommend Amy and public storage to everyone.

Its a storage place, convenient if you live in Canal but nothing special about it.
