Today I have a really wonderful experience with these two ladies. They were really helpful to find a storage of the size we needed .Shelley and Jemari were so kind, helpful not stoping to answer our question.

Shelly was the employee on duty when I rented my unit. She was extremely helpful in explaining the rental process and then showing me the climate control unit I was interested in. She explained that the unit I chose to rent was on a half price sale now and for the extent of my rental. She also, explained info on locks and insurance available to renters.
Shelley is awesome. She helped us to answer all our questions and within 10 mins we had keys to our storage. Highly recommended

Great day to finally be out of that storage business!! After I thought Kelly was a great person, she don't even tell me sorry to see you leave or thank you for your business, nothing!! This place is DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! They don't even have security cameras and 7 of their units were broken into, to include mine. I lost over $7,000 in items and all I got was, sorry, nothing we can do. And if you vacate in the middle of the month after paying the first of the month for the entire month, one would expect money back, WRONG!! All this place knows to say is, you guessed it, sorry, nothing we can do!! I do podcast for a living and you can bet, this will be talked about. Friendly advice, bypass this business and look somewhere else!

They raise the prices and add fees. I rented 2 units. On BOTH units they have an admin fee and a lock fee. Plus insurance.
Now they raised my rent on BOTH units.

I haven't had any issues really with the safety of my items but I do think that the door is open nonstop which it is not supposed to be. What is the point in having a security code to get in if anyone can just drive in. In addition, there is mold going up the front of each of the storage sheds and I feel like I had mold on some of my items and we did not have them tightly packed inside the storage shed. The biggest complaint that I have is that it started at like a little over $100 for the 10x20 and we currently pay $230 a month. That is insane!
You cannot get a hold of people. They don't answer the phone and even if you leave a message they don't call you back. Your best option is to do the chat feature. They also don't prorate when you leave so even if you are out by the same day then they will still charge you the full month

After renting from here, I have been to this facility and have called multiple times to get assistance but every time I come here there is no one in the office even after I've called to verify that they are there. This is unacceptable
I am ecstatic about my new storage. Space Simone had me at hello. The canal public storage is definitely going places.
I paid for a climate controlled unit because I was storing antique wood furniture, and I didn't want to damage the pieces. After paying fees that were increasing each year, I checked on my unit today. The furniture is moldy - and I mean covered in mold (I have pictures). I'll be turning this in on my home owners insurance, but truly the items can't be replaced for any amount of money & insurance doesn't pay well on used furniture. Very dissatisfied.
