PRICE GOUGE!!! They will lure you in with a low down payment and a decent monthly payment. The longer you use their storage the more likely your price WILL RISE!!! In February I paid $30 down, then 2 weeks later had to pay $116 ( 1st monthly payment) plus the $15 insurance. On August 1st they riased storage rent price to $162, plus $15 insurance. Why raise the price? The longer you stay the more $$ they will charge you!!! ALSO, THEY ACCUSED me of me of not putting a lock on MY storage unit and accused me of not paying and them trying to get rid of my stuff. The manager blamed another employee once he realized he has been arguing with the wrong person!!!!! I LITERALLY HAD TO GO OVER HIS POSITION TO GET IT FIXED, HE NEVER APOLOGIZED. JUST ACCUSED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE!!!!

Love this place! I have called all around Nova before deciding to choose Public Storage in Sterling. I am very glad I did. The people who work there are always friendly from the moment you walk in. Overall a Great organization! My mother was storing here for years. at first i thought it would be to complicated because of her age, but they were very clear and patient with the details and helping her out whenever she had problems or questions. Definitely recommend storing with this company if you ever need some where to put your extra belongings.
I recently visited this public storage location to view some of the available options they currently have. I had an amazing experience & cannot wait to rent one of the units. My family & I are going to be going through a move soon & I am so happy to have found this place, it really put a lot of my stress at ease. Xavior was very helpful & friendly while dealing with my thousands of questions! The property was very clean & comparing to other storage businesses out there it is also more budget friendly. I will be recommending to my friends after my amazing experience!
