People, if you are looking for a place to store your belongings. please do not go to Public storage, they are irresponsible, in customer service they are a 0 to the left, they are useless. to rent you units they are number 1, but to solve your problems they are never there. They also raise your rent without telling you anything.

Pamela very nice woman. She try her best to help everyone that come in contact with her. Even if she’s off the clock, she constantly waving saying hello or making sure everything is ok. She cleans ALOT…which is a good thing. lol, but she’s a good person overall and has outstanding customer service .
The manager Pam is phenomenal, she’s just not a manager to me, but she acts as if we’re family. I’ve had my storage over a year, and she always showing concern as well as reminding me of payments. Every time I go to my storage, Pam is always working on the property. I could’ve switched to a closer storage, but I stay here only because of Pam. Keep her, you won’t find to many people like her.

The people who work there they steal your personal items, they have copies of the keys they gave me. Went the following day to storage more items and the boxes were moved,, when I reported to the manager he claimed he had to checked the place, my SPACE was broken into, thief!!!, I got all my stuff out if that place. Made another complaint via internet, nobody called in to checked the complained.

I will return to a business time and time again for this type of customer service, and I sure do hope the Public Storage company knows what a GEM they have in Pam! The Manager Pam was AMAZING and super helpful! She helped me despite it being almost closing time. She even came out and helped me with the code because the keypad was acting up. It was awesome to see someone that actually cares about her job personally as well as care for her customers… Super glad I chose this location instead of any other location to store my precious belongings at least I'm able to rest assured that they'll be safe as long as she's Manager...
