See your space in person before you order it. I was misled in renting a 10X10 drive-up space, it was not a 10X10 square, more like a triangle and was not going to work for my needs. When I opened the garage door, it would not stay up and jammed up in the tracks, when I tried to close the garage door, it would jam up in the tracks. I went to request another space and they had none available. The attendant, gave me an option to go to another location and said I would be charged another administration fee of $27 because I could not get a refund on them. I said forget it!!! I had to call the customer service number myself and ask for a refund and they would only refund the rental fee and lock, but not the admin fee. That to me is bad business practices and horrible customer service. I told the attendant that I would post this to make future customers aware of the bad experience I had and that I lost $27 dollars in just a few clicks by ordering it on the web. Oh and also, my rental refund will be "mailed to me", so now I have to wait on that to move forward . Thanks Public Storage for wasting my valuable time. It's hard enough moving things in a timely manner, and to run into this obstacle did not help. I will slap myself before using your services again. BOOOO!!!!!

I had rented a unit at another Public Storage around the corner with an online reservation, but once I showed up to move in, it became clear that facility was a bad idea. I immediately drove over to this Public Storage and I was so lucky to meet Jimi. I told him the circumstances and what I needed. He immediately jumped into problem solving mode. He helped me get a unit right away, and he helped refund me the majority of the money I paid for the other facility. Jimi is the best!

Jim was absolutely great! From the day I got my items into storage until the day I left, the experience was fantastic. The day I moved my stuff out, my car wouldn’t start - even though I wasn’t a customer any longer, he showed human compassion and jumped my car!!

I cannot emphasize how much of a blessing Jimi has been to me. He made my renting process seamlessly easy and has been so helpful throughout my time of renting a storage unit. The other day I hurriedly left and forgot my key on the lock without knowing. I didn't realize until the next time I was trying to access my unit. I was feeling dismayed and looking confused, as I didn't know where to start, but good ol' Jimi saved the day as usual. He found my key and kept it safe for me. My property was intact and I wasn't missing a thing. The best part is the fact that I didn't have to break the lock and get a replacement. Cheers to Jimi.

I have to give a big 5 stars to Jimmy, the manager at Public Storage at 3540 Inwood Road in Dallas. Each time I've needed assistance with either getting a leak coming up through the driveway, to assistance with supplies / parking within the gates.....he has always been super professional. I'll even call the location, and he returns phone calls, even if I haven't left a message. Jimmy has been a "go to" person when I've needed anything taken care of at this location.

We just toured this location, and Jimi was so helpful! The property is clean, safe, and in a great location.

2+ weeks with a broken elevator and no access to our 2nd floor unit. Which contains all of our holiday decorations. Management office is closed. Zero communication. Very disappointing experience. Update: Heard back from local mgmt and were given access to a stairwell to carry out the bins we needed. Elevator still broken.

Ashley is Awesome!

Besides the fact that this location has some of the highest rates around, management is nowhere to be found or responsive when needed. The elevator has apparently been out to my second floor air-conditioned storage unit all day with no end in sight. Pretty frustrating when one needs to get a critically needed item out of storage. Cannot recommend.

Fake reviews. This place is terrible, they dont do their jobs.. got my electronics stolen from my unit that was clearly broken into and no one said anything. Pics attached to prove it. Find somewhere else to go, warning.
