It started as $150 per month... Then $238 per month. Then the last straw for me was $300 a month. This was over a 6 month period! When I inquired what was going on, she told me, "We had some people move out, so that determines the rent for everyone else.". Nope, built a shed in the backyard for $1500, it will pay for itself in 5 months. I have a huge Halloween and Christmas set up that I store.

Staff is great. Super nice helpful. But I wouldn’t be letting just anyone rent there. 2nd floor is where I had my storage unit and there is about 5 people living up there in the units. Smells like the homeless. Also top of units are open for ventilation obviously, but anyone can look in there and that’s what someone tried to do with mine. I couldn’t wait to get my stuff out of there. Staffs great. And awesome location. But kinda over run with the homeless now
The manager here at this location might be the kindest sweetest no nonsense person I've ever met. I wouldn't have chosen this place it was chosen for me but I'm so happy to be here now and I guarantee it's the safest storage place. I know there I'd a lot of theft at storages but not this location. It's clean safe and the best part the manager is a goddess gem........ my favorite storage place I've had by far. People make all the difference. If she left I'd probably relocate because it wouldn't be the same. Love you Maggie.

Been at this location for over 5 years. Not as happy with this location now that it has been taken over by Public Storage. The property manager is never on site to be able to resolve any concerns. No set office hours either. Nor can you ever reach them by phone. You have to leave a message and hope they call back. The property doesn't seem to be kept as clean and organized as previous.
- UPDATE 9/27/23: The elevator is down (no estimate on when it will be repaired). You have to go to the office to gain access to any upstairs units. However, there are NO set office hours. So gaining access to a unit is hit and miss. You may be waiting 20 or 30 min for the mysterious property manger to show up IF they happen to be on site.
The user agreement gives public storage the right to limit your access to your unit at anytime. So with no set office hours and no guaranteed access hours my business supplies are held hostage until their elevator is repaired.

I rented a unit here for 4 or 5 month in-between moves. The whole experience was flawless. I used to use Fortress Mini Storage down the street off of Fourth Plain but due to an unfortunate incident I’ll never go back there. (See my separate review on them if you’re curious why).
The individual at the front desk, who helped me set up was full of information and got me going without a hiccup. The facilities are immaculately clean. There is a covered loading area to be able to get your items in and out of the main storage facility without being in the rain . I was concerned with the limited access that it would get full, people bumping into each other but I visited my unit several times over the span of renting here and was always able to park undercover irregardless of day of the week or time of day.
Using the public storage app to open the gates is super convenient. They also provide lots of rolling carts for you to be able to shuttle your stuff to and from your vehicle and unit. Once again mentioning how clean it is and also it just smells clean. I am aware that it’s a newer facility, but they really keep the grounds up. If I ever need a temporary storage unit again, this place will definitely be it.

After being in the car for over 48 hours moving from the East coast to the west coast. Our first stop was our storage unit to drop off things we wouldn’t need right away.
I cannot express how easy it was to get in, to find our unit, to rent the unit online while driving. It was so fast and simple it truly made the end of our journey less stressful.

The front office has done a great job of solving our issues that we had previously had.
Started as Extra Space Storage. I have a lease with the new company, Public Storage that bought the original company out at this location. My rent went up without any notice. I'm currently looking for another unit at a different company. Yes the place is clean but come on people, not even a year and rent went up. In the second month I rented Public Storage took over. If I acted to go to Public Storage I would have chosen a closer location to my apartment.
Convenient location, clean place, friendly service however buyer BEWARE! rates have multiple hidden fees. I’ve been around long enough and been screwed by enough company’s to know when to cut out. They make you buy insurance WHAT!! your place is insured, that’s called overhead it should be built in, whats next a toilet paper surcharge in case you use the restroom? Administration fee?? WHAT the heck is that? Just add a few and call it “administration”, every business has admin fees…. Again it’s called “overhead” it’s like McDonald’s charging you for uniforms the employees have to wear. And you have to “rent” in addition to everything else a special lock designed special for their special roll up doors, you can’t use the lock you already own oh no that’s cutting into their lock rental business.
My spidy senses told me to get out of there and look elsewhere. I asked about rental agreement but couldn’t get a straight answer, I’m sure that’s another way they pinch you when you try to cancel or vacate that’s when the 18 page fine print contract comes out !! NO THANKS. NICKLE & DIME TO DEATH in the end I voiced these concerns the person working there said “believe me your not the first person to say this!”

I originally rented my storage unit with Extra Space, but then public storage bought them out. It is such a clean and nice facility. Never had any issues. I only needed my unit for about a year, and I just moved out. I moved out last night, and today (I did not even have to call them to cancel my month-to-month contract) they called me. Such an easy process!
