We have just rented a storage unit here after dozens of other units and I can proudly say this is my family’s absolute favorite. We originally went for a 10 by 10 and felt it was a little small for us and Mark helped us change our unit to a 10 by 15 without any trouble. I wish we had more employees like Mark who seem to actually love to help people. Great customer service, and clean.
Nice, clean place and good automated system for access and payments. Staff is wonderful and considerate. Mark helped us figure out suitable space for our needs when we first moved in and later on worked with us to relocate us to a new locker to keep our rent within our budget.
I was comparing units for a short term rental and found this facility more affordable then the other option in Sammamish. When I went to visit the facility, I found Mark very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The facility is very clean and easy to get our stuff into with the provided flatbed carts. The only problem I’ve had is the app doesn't work opening the gate or the elevator so I need to enter the code manually. Other than that, so far so good.

I had a very good experience with Public Storage. The unit I rented was very clean and Mark was helpful getting me situated. I rented my unit for about 8 months with no problems. Check out was fairly easy using the app. Mark was very kind and provided me with all my checkout instructions. I would use their services again!

Dylan is great but the main property manager Mark is a little snippy, and the amount of messages, voicemails and emails sent over one thing is aggressive. Oh and the after hours line is disconnected so I’d probably suggest getting that fixed.
Best storage unit ever. Been with them a couple of years. Affordable, clean, and easy to access. Great app. Upgraded my unit and Mark made the process super fast and easy. Only warning is that they can increase your rent with as little as a month's notice. They've only done this once to me, but I was still a little surprised by it. Customer service eventually gave me a little extra time before increasing my rent.
Great experience at this public storage facility, Mark Was very helpful and provided great customer service. He even gave me A replacement lightbulb, so now our unit is nice and bright.

Just rented my unit. Mark was super helpful explaining everything I needed to know and answered all my quesrions.
I made my reservation online which was easy. We got an email with the unit number and hours of operation. When we showed up, the office was locked and lights were out. After waiting a bit, we rang the doorbell and then called customer service. After trying multiple times, we finally got in touch with someone and they told us that specific location was APPOINTMENT ONLY, and that they closed at 1:30 on Sunday. LUCKILY, the sweet lady at Issaquah Public Storage was able to approve my identity over the phone so we could get gate access to move in. So, if you rent here, call them before showing up with 2 cars full of stuff. VERY inconvenient, but VERY thankful for Issaquah. I believe her name was Pat and she was the best. If they had an available unit for the price we wanted, we would have headed over there instead. Our unit WAS ready and clean for us to move in. The loading area is not covered and is tiny. You have to block units to unload your things.
EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills at this location- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The Property Manager, MARK- goes ABOVE and BEYOND and is so personable and HELPFUL!!

I know the individual facilities are not completely responsible for the shady policies of the overlords but thought this would be noticed more than a review of the corporate offices. This is a review more about corporate policy than it is about customer service at the Sammamish facility. But not entirely.
As short as I can... We've been renting a unit here for about 9 years. Every 6 months or so, PS increases the monthly rent. I've asked for a couple rate holds over the years which somtimes were granted. Over the past year, my monthly rate has gone up twice and now I'm being charged almost $500 for a medium sized unit. This is twice as much as the going rate for the same size unit. 7 months ago, I was told by the property manager that if I were to rent another unit on the same property that I could get the same rate as a new customer. (I would move my stuff from the current unit to another) I agreed but nothing was available so I've been on a "waiting list" for 7 months. I've seen same sized units become available then occupied several times and have made several attempts to contact the property manager to ask about availability. I get the same answer. Nothing available. Maybe this is policy, maybe the property manager gets commission by renting to new customers. It's a shady business practice. I'm moving to another company this month.

Specific to this location, the manager Mark is a pleasure to work with (5 Stars): knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful, ambitious, clean, well-spoken. The grounds are spotless and well-designed: You can see they graded the site specific to insuring water is channeled away, even as there is no water nearby anyway.
The parent company has a useful app that works well on smart phones and has a good uniform franchise presence across sites. However, there are horror stories I have read (not personally experienced) at other sites; but most of all they have a greedy rate bump operating system that penalizes long-term users with unrealistic rate hikes: my last rate review resulted in a 25% rate bump over last (45% over original rate, all within a year) and it's not like I'm a heavy duty user or caused them problems to earn their ire and extra charges (I'd give 2 stars here). I urge all people considering storage to multiply the monthly rate x 12 (for a yearly estimate; consider my rate bump experience as well) and then consider if they're better off discarding the goods and saving the money / repurchasing new replacements in time over paying the rent, unless you know for sure you can get the goods out and cancel contract after a short rent duration.
I have been with public storage in Sammamish for years and have had multiple conversations with the manager, Mark has always been helpful. He is definitely an asset to the business.

Today was a day of heavy rain. I arrived at the storage facility on time for my reservation. Mark, the staff member, warmly greeted me. We had reserved a 10x10 unit, not realizing it was too small for our belongings, but Mark provided us with various options and kindly adjusted our reservation. He explained everything to me thoroughly so it was a smooth check in and move in for me. Today I had to transfer my stuff to a smaller unit and again Mark's service was excellent. He helped explain the transfer process and how it would work for my monthly payment. He also helped me save a one-time admin fee (if i were to do a unit transfer online) by suggesting coming in to do it in person. Besides the great service I have received here, this place is very clean and bright. I would recommend it to anyone!

Five stars for Mark’s customer service! He worked with me to deal with a minor maintenance issue - we came to a solution and I’m pleased with the outcome.
This particular facility does have what seems to be unusually high moisture presence, so if you’re planning for a drive-up unit, you might be prepared to use moisture resistent crates (I use plastic crates from Home Depot) and desiccant packs to ensure your items stay dry. It’s likely due to ambient moisture (this is the Pacific Northwest, after all), but it may be a factor.
