My mom rents here and today our door needed fixed. The manager came out in the rain and fixed it so fast. I’m very impressed. I highly recommend this facility. Thanks Jack H.

Im getting really tired of going up here to pay my bill and no one is in the office. It is 4:30p and I go up here to pay, of course no one is in there. Then the onsite Manager comes out of her apt, so I ask her is anyone in here today I need to pay my bill, she chimes in and goes oh well the other Mgr left and im not working today. Now mind you the office closes at 6pm. I have been up here this month alone 6x time (3x on the jan 31st alone) and everytime I come up here it's the same thing, no one to be found. Then they want to blow your phone up and threaten with late fees. Well if your lazy you know what would peel yourself off that couch and be in the office working like the company pays you to do then this wouldn't be an ongoing situation. I'm fed up now. I'm going to take this to the District Manager/Corp office and I will continue doing it until they either replace the worthless so called Manager that's in there now or until something changes because I'm done. I leave work early to come pay this bill only to leave fuming mad everytime. There's no excuse for this lack of customer support. She is a sorry excuse for a Manager. Like Public Storage, wake up already. I DO NOT recommend this location. Unless you are one who doesn't like to pay your bill on time. But for those of you who do pay your stuff ontime, save your money and take it elsewhere. I'm done dealing with this location. My patience has completely run out. So now it's time to pull out all the stops and put this onsite "Maanger" on blast, like do your job....at least while you have it. Because I'm on a mission now to make sure you get replaced!

This storage facility never answers the phone and doesn’t respond.. They are now fraud because they raised my rent without telling me and they’ve been charging me a late fee every month. I have requested the management to call me and fix this for the past two months and not a single phone call. The phone system is automated if you are a Tenant so they don’t pick up the phone and it’s bypassed and if you leave a message, they will never call you back. This place sucks sorry but it does.

I park my truck at this location and during the wind storm we had few weeks ago I couldn’t get my truck out due to power outage. Thankfully Analea, one of the employees there helped me manually opened the door and I was able to get my truck out and run my business. She was friendly and kind not to mention very patient, great customer service!

This self-storage facility is a complete nightmare and a serious danger to anyone who uses it. The place was completely unmanned, and when the gate malfunctioned, several of us were trapped inside with absolutely no way to get out. The buzzer at the gate was useless—it didn’t work at all. Imagine being stuck with no staff on-site and no clear way to escape. It’s not just inconvenient; it’s downright unsafe. When I finally got through to their phone number after numerous failed attempts, I was connected to someone in the Philippines who had absolutely no idea what to do or how to help. It was clear they weren’t equipped to handle an emergency or even understand the gravity of the situation. No solutions, no escalation, no accountability—just a complete abdication of responsibility. This facility is an accident waiting to happen. Their operations are careless, their customer service is nonexistent, and their utter lack of safety measures is beyond unacceptable. Do not trust this company with your belongings—or your safety. They deserve zero stars, but sadly, that’s not an option.

Reggie was beyond unprofessional. He hung up my call after not answering my question upon calling back he claimed that he was at the call center saying there was 180 employee we couldn’t have possibly talked to him. Corporate confirmed that Reggie was in fact at this location in person.

Laura is the BEST! A real asset to this company. Helpful, courteous and always cheerful and positive! Sad that she’s going to another facility. She will be missed ☹️

Gate access is closed at 6pm which makes it almost impossible to visit my storage since I work during storage access hours. Please extend access to 9pm like all other storage.

Had no issues with my storage unit until I realized they changed the access hours so now I basically only have access to my unit on the weekends

I arrived this morning to store a remodel delivery and the company reservation had not yet been completed, but, my now good friend, the manager, Nolie Estrada, came to the rescue and got not just myself, but my company all squared away, every 'T' crossed and every 'I' dotted! Mr. Estrada was the perfect example of what every Public Storage manager should be- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Hopefully Public Storage uses Mr. Estrada as the model for what an exemplary professional representing Public Storage facilities across the nation should be. Thank you Nolie!
