I am recently moving out of my first apartment. I’m 25 and this is my first time getting a Public Storage by myself and Lisa here at the east Valley. highway location was beyond what I could expect. She was very kind, very professional. We talked, got to know each other while Everything me being a customer. She made me feel very comfortable renting the storage by myself she explained everything in thorough detail. She walked me to the location of where my storage would be, and she made me feel very, very comfortable And I really do appreciate her. She took the time out to wait for me to download the app and show me how to access the gate when leaving and going. But overall, I really adored Miss Lisa Thank you Lisa , See you later 👋🏽

Norma was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of how things work here. She gave me a tour of multiple units to see what size was right for me, and she took the time to explain everything and showed me how the gate works. I just moved in and they are awful. My boyfriend wanted to open a storage for himself to have ours at the same place. He had forgotten to bring his unexpired ID though no problem he can come back right? He was dropping stuff off at my storage while he was there and asked them to change the light bulb as I have only been there a month and it has gone out. They refused said they had other stuff to do..OK? Then when my bf was unloading my car the police rolled up saying the lady called the police on him! They trespassed him even though he is on my account and they have all of his information. Then because he left his valid ID at home they refused to let him drive my car home. He had to ask strangers to use their phone to try to get ahold of me but I was sick asleep at home and didn't get his calls. He had to pay a stranger $20 to drive him the few miles home. I had to rush out of bed when he got here and woke me so that my car was not locked in their facility the whole night. I had to get my family out of bed to drive me over there. When I talked to them they kept coming up with excuse after excuse on why they were valid on calling the police on him. Apparently a car like mine ie without a license plate (I just bought the car so it's in the window) has been breaking in... so they think that we would break into their facility when they have all of our personal information? How stupid do they think people are? They were not willing to rectify the situation or even apologise and kept defending their actions and I am livid. Now even if I wanted to I can't access my storage because I am to sick to travel much and he has been trespassed! I guess they have to keep my stuff? I will never store with them again and their rates are insanely high! It's absurd.

Lisa is the most helpful and sweet office manager I have interacted with! She was more than happy to help us with out with a unit change and made the whole process easy. The public storage area itself is always clean and taken care of so 5 stars all around!!

We came here on a Sunday to help a friend (she’s renting multiple spaces and units after the death of a family member) clean out her space. Everything looked clean and organized, but the true greatness of this Public Storage is Lisa - her helpful assistance, accommodating kindness, and prompt attentiveness is unparalleled!

It was a great and safe place to store my things, both Jeff and Lisa used great customer service they made me feel comfortable and when I need to store more things I will be back to this location.

I use storage units all across the Northwest for business. This particular public storage is my favorite. It is reasonably priced, convenient and extremely clean and cared for. Lisa the manager has been extremely helpful to me, which is important since I am based three hours away. She is very thorough in every aspect of that facility. Extremely happy with the site manager (Lisa) at this facility. Rented two spaces to store vintage cars. Had trouble getting one car into the spot. Contacted Lisa who immediately found a solution to our problem. She was very accommodating and moved us to a more accessible spot. Walked us through a change in paperwork and that was it. A seamless experience due to Lisa's expertise. She was professional and kind during ALL our interactions. Will definitely continue to use this site in the future cause of Lisa!

RENTER FROM MARCH 2020 to SEPT 2022. UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE. Be advised, security here is very difficult to maintain for the staff on site. The entire property is surrounded by bramble bushes several yards deep and simple chain link fence hidden from view by long term parked cars within the property. At the time I was there, there were no security cameras in my hallway or on the exterior of the building. I received the first break-in notification call, they replaced my locks, and told me to come by to take a look if anything was missing. They said someone used a fake ID to get a unit broke in to my unit along with like 7 others. I wasnt able to fly or drive from California to Washington at the time to check if anything was stolen but I doubt it considering the guy had only been in the building for less than 12 minutes. Several months later I received the second call of a break-in and I knew the two were connected. I managed to get the time to drive up and move to a different storage company in Sept of 2022 and when I opened it up, my entire Lego collection was stolen. Probably 12k worth of unsorted Lego from decades of collecting collections from friends and family, going to conventions, and buying sets. This is not at the fault of the employees who work there, however. Its more of a company neglect situation. Lisa who works there is an absolute gem and has always been so kind and sweet with every visit. She remembers who I am, what unit I'm at, and what I've told her about my life situation. It pains me to give this location a bad review because it is at no fault of hers or the other employees who work there. They've always been very supportive and helpful. I was told the company had plans to add the security cameras, but they were held up in shipping so hopefully once those are installed, the security situation will get better. I also think putting up a solid brick wall instead of chain link is necessary.

Safe secure location and gated accessible via phone. Navigation through storage facility is very ideal allowing for space to drop off and pick up with ease. Staff is on site for any questions or concerns during business hours and access after hours. All good.

Lisa has been very helpful getting our company into a storage unit. The utmost checking on security of door locks, notifying us of problems. We needed more space and was placed on a wait list but with the warm customer service provided by Lisa. We were able to acquire a larger more accessible location on site for delivery truck access. And more closer to the bathroom, which is always clean and stocked. We feel this property with Lisa's very friendly smile will be the place we will stay.
