Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 15510 NE 90th St, Redmond, WA

The staff here, in particular John Michael was very conscientious and paid a lot of attention to safety and security issues, which I appreciated.

We had to temporarily store our things here for a month and had a great experience. Move-in and move-out were both super easy. Michael was very helpful with our move-out process as well.

I had a great experience at Public Storage today. I needed to switch my rental unit, and the manager, Michael, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and easy, ensuring I found the right unit for my needs. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Michael!

Came to check on my things about two months after moving and came to find my boxes ripped open. Most boxes were opened and stuff was moved around. Manager on site stated that there weee no camera in that aisle and there was nothing they could do about this. So much for claiming to be a secure space and charging more than $200 for this. 0/5 rating, would find a more secure location

Clean and accessible location in Redmond. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent parking area and a loading ramp to access the facility. Use your phone app to access, no need to remember the code. UPDATE: Caution, this place will jack-up your rent unreasonably once you settle your stuff in. If you are new, they will get you in with a lower rate and then wait for a few months to hit you hard. Not recommended if they continue this practice. Lowered my rating.

Hello, This facility is not the greatest. There is 1 dolly cart for the entire property. There are also 2 buildings with different access on this property so it is very difficult to get a cart when you need one. I have called and complained many times and all they will say is that it is too expensive to buy more because people steal them. The reason I am giving this place any stars at all is because Mark is so understanding and accommodating. He really helped me out when I was in a bind. He is also great with communication.

Thank you to Mattrell for her expert help in finding us a smaller unit so we can downsize our stuff. She was fairly new on the job but did a great job finding and showing us the available units. She was a joy to be around and do business with.

The District manager Kathy & her accomplice Jessica will steal from you everything they are able with their drug addict friends & family. Don’t rent anything here.

Clean facility with nice people

Update 7/13/23 11:30am: I am at the facility and the doors are locked, no one on site, no one answering the phones, and no way to access my things. It's really difficult only being able to get into your storage unit when someone is in the office. You can only access your stuff during normal business hours (so if you have a job that might not work for you) and you can't access your stuff on extended holiday weekends. They also only have 1 dolly/cart for the entire facility. So you need to buy your own or plan to carry everything by hand.

Jessica at the Redmond Public Storage was amazing!!!! We have had great experiences with all the staff at the Redmond location (off 90th) in the many years we've been here. Also we haven't had an problem with bugs or lots of dust like we had at an outdoor storage unit we had years before. I was actually surprised how little dust we had, and no "little friends" in our stuff that had been stored so long. We first got a 10x10 unit "Just for a few months" during a garage remodel. An embarrassingly amount of years later, we still had stuff in storage. The staff was great to help us save money by moving to a smaller unit half way through our time here. And yesterday we were finally ready (both in space and helpers) to move out. Jessica made closing our account after we moved out to be a friendly and smooth process. Which was a miracle to us because our helpers and bad advice had us a day later than we had wanted. And when I went to the office to see what could be worked out, Jessica understood the jam I was in (including finally having our teenagers willing and free to work) and she made it happen. Yes, its a little pricey compared to other cities. BUT it was worth it to be so close to home. Its the closest storage place to Education Hill. We were taking things in and out every season without a long drive to a farther, cheaper location. Highly recommend the Redmond Public Storage, and if you're lucky, working with Jessica.

Door handles came off in my hand, roll up door chain only functions with counter tension, the storage units aren't sequential. Seemed like a nice place for a horror flick though.
