The one thing I wanted to say is at the 163rd and meridian office.. is that the one person that does a very good job is"ARIEL" that girl can work she does everything and she keeps the front bathroom extremely clean. Keep up the great work.....

PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING THIS STORAGE FACILITY!! We’ve had this storage unit for only 3 weeks and it had been broken into. Now am I only finding out it’s a common occurrence for this place to be broken into by a cop. Yet, no extra security measures (if there even was any to begin with) has been issued. If you want your valuables to be actually safe, go to places with smart locks.

Ariel helped me a lot finding the right size unit for the things I needed stored. Property is well maintained and bathroom was very clean!! Best public storage property I've seen yet

It starts out cheap and then after a month it skyrockets in price! I still use this storage because the place itself is clean, safe, and nice. The staff is nice as well but be aware there is a very small grace period to pay your bill and they start the process to take your unit.

Ariel was very efficient in helping me set up a storage unit. The facility is in good conditions and the PS app to access the gate is so easy to use and convenient.

Incredible customer service. Sharron was absolutely incredible. Super nice!! She made sure that I got the right rate and the unit that I needed. She went above and beyond. Unfortunately, within a month of being there, we had mice droppings on almost all of our stuff and everything was damp. They also raised my bill over $100 and therefore we took our stuff elsewhere.

I originally got a storage unit here because I checked around and they had the cheapest price for the smallest size storage unit that I needed At the time. I didn’t have much stuff just one sectional couch, two end tables, a coffee table and a couple boxes. So I went ahead and Rented out the storage unit in South Hill. Two months go by and I receive a letter that they were increasing my My rental price $20 more. I was a little confused because I didn’t know they would do something like that in the first place especially after only renting for a couple months at that time. Another two months goes by and I get another letter saying they were increasing it again 30 more dollars on top of 20 they had already increased it so now $50 more than when I originally rented it. By that time I was getting pissed another two months go by and now increasing it to $75 more then the price i originally paid when I first started renting it . which is absolutely absurd and a total scam!! I packed up my stuff and moved out immediately. Of course I didn’t give them notice So still received a $300 bill After moving out of the unit for not notifying them properly! I know other people who also moved their stuff out after getting a dramatic increase in their rental price in a short amount of time without any warning. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

Came in to price some storages. The young man working behind the counter was incredibly professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to storing with them in the near future!!

I’ve been with Public Storage for about 4 years. There is usually no employees in the front main office. It’s a hassle trying to get service here. I’ve only seen one lady once this year in 2024 doing her walks arounds. My storage unit has been stolen from multiple times and the insurance that needs to be paid for from Public Storage doesn’t do anything about it either even when I was locked out from my unit for about a couple of months and someone stole my entire unit. They did have to fix that situation. Since last year in 2023, my storage unit door has been getting additional vandalism markings.

Public Storage on Meridian is basically just stealing from people. Raising our rate from $57 to $108 and now again to $146?! This is insane. We will take our business elsewhere.

I had a unit here for a short while, they have amazing customer service. When i moved out I was a tad late removing my lock and was charged another month, however they informed me i had forgotten to take my lock and upon getting it they managed to remove the charge. Really felt like they went out of the way to help me out!

I’ve debated for a while about posting a review. But ultimately decided that my review might save someone the hassle. I 1000/10 would NOT recommend renting here. Don’t let the gate and double entry fool ya. My storage unit got broken into (along with several others). This was in their “secured” building. The only reason I knew what had happened is because I just happened to need to get something out one day. No notifications to anyone was made that a break in recently happened. The cameras? They are for show, because they absolutely don’t do not a dang thing. They put them in blind spots so you can’t see anything. When they realized they had rented multiple units to the thief they thought trying to get her to pay her bill would get her to come back. And when she didn’t? They auctioned off her units. So whoever bought those units bought personal and stolen items. They really did the bare minimum. And the store manager? Has got to be a robot. I requested a call from him multiple times, but never received one. And then there’s the audacity to raise the prices after. Lmaaao. A literal joke. Don’t bother with their insurance plan. That sucks too. Thanks to this location. Items that were stolen of mine, was stuff I’ll never be able to get back or replace, ever. 2 thumbs down & a middle finger high in the air to this company.

I had a discrepancy in pricing per month, Ariel got my problem resolved quickly and effectively. UPDATE: Rates increase online, stopped by to see if anything could be done and Lindsay went above and beyond to help me with my needs, very grateful for her help.

So recently I've been having issues with this facility. Here's the deal breaker somebody has burglarized my unit apparently there is no footage of this but they have cameras everywhere just remind you that your stuff is not safe at this facility poor management

Could be a lot better. The facility is nice, but when you allow homeless people to sleep in your facility and destroy the carts it makes me want to take my stuff someplace else. Also, there’s only 3 moving carts for the whole facility. So have fun carrying your stuff through by hand. Edit: added second picture, same vehicle different day.

Ariel was a big help. We loved the customer service super friendly and sweet. Helped us out in a hard time.

Staff is great. But it's not a true 42/7 access. Hours at 6a to 9pm. If you need access outside those you're to call them. Kind of a pain if you're constantly on the move.

Very nice facility!! From what I've seen Cierra & Lindsey both do an excellent job with the regular day to day to operations and have been super knowledgeable helpful anytime I've had questions, so far I've always had a positive experience at this location..

The people at public storage are very friendly and very nice girls at the 16311ave e puyallup wa 98375. Everytime i go to pay my bill the girls are always prompt with me they really know there stuff. Had some trouble with the call center, but had my experience turned around entirely by the storage manager. Sierra was very attentive and kind, and very detailed with informing my boyfriend and I about the unit. She made a frustrating situation much easier for us today, and I am thankful.

Ciera at the Puyallup Public Storage is always so helpful and pleasant. She is great at customer service and I always enjoy seeing her when I stop by the office :)

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The prices just continuously go up. They charged us $200 for our 5 x 10 unit AFTER we moved out and then customer service refused to even hear why we wanted a refund, they just immediately told us no. Worst storage place I’ve ever used.

Wish it allowed me to leave no stars. Place closes without telling anyone and doesn’t give any clear instructions for someone getting a unit for the first time so you have no help as no one is on the property. Was told to go to a whole separate location which was unable to help us. Spent money on something they refuse to allow us to use. Customer service was very impatient and hung up on me. Do not recommend. Many other places in the area that are much more helpful.

I've had a storage unit on this location for the past 12 years at one point or another. It started out as a small business, great understanding owners... Then came the corporate take over. They raise the rent an astronomical amount every 6 months. I have 2 10 foot by 10 foot storage units. My bill is currently pushing $400 a month 🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm homeless, I'm saving all my stuff and my kids stuff in hopes of a home some day 🤞 One of my units was broken into by someone moving out, it was 2 yrs ago. I haven't seen a penny or any of my stuff back. Highway robbery is what you get classified as. Selfish.

I have rented a storage from this place sence they have opened. I've had some rent increases which is understandable. But this month my storage was increased from 104.00 to 142.00no one can explain why or return my xalls

Secure, air conditioned units. But only a few flat carts available (shared between the multiple levels) and multiple people moving in/out at the same time. Many people waiting around for their turn to use a cart or forced to haul things in/out by hand and reenter the code every time. Tedious and tiring.

I rented a 10x10 indoor unit for just under 2 years. I always dealt with Renee and she was always so fantastic to deal with. Very informative and great to speak with. Anytime I had any questions she was always quick with the reply via email or returning phone calls. If I ever need to rent a unit again I will definitely go here. Plus the facility is always clean and looks good.

Renee was so helpful and definitely showed she cared about her customers with her kind attitude. She not only was kind, but she had answers to all my questions and even helped me out to my car. Thank you for being a rockstar! It’s hard to find people out there like you and so I hope you get the kudos you deserve. They are lucky to have you!

Paid, signed, and reserved my unit online. Was issued a unit number and access code. My car broke.dowm the day I was supposed to move in. I called twice, no one answered. I left a voice mail explaining what happened. No one ever called me back and then they restricted my access code so I couldn't move my stuff into my until. Not impressed with with the service and highly disappointed at how they treat paying customers.

Friendly Staff been consistent since I've been there a few years. I'm there weekly. I have access to all my things the majority of the time when I need it. A couple of times bigger trucks needed to occupy the space which wasn't a issue for me.

She was friendly, super helpful, patient, quick and efficient and very knowledgeable in regards to the organizations policies, procedures and reasons for its methods. Yes I just recently rented a storage today and a young lady named Renee was most helpful with all the paperwork because I had never done this before with all the paperwork showed me where the unit was helped me with the lock I think she went above and beyond what she's probably has to do which was very commendable and I think people ought to know that thank you

AVOID THIS PLACE! I rented here for a few years and in early February my unit, which is behind a code-entry gate, two code-entry doors, and of course the lock on the unit itself, was broken into and robbed. The robber peeled the roof back as it’s only chain link fencing, and was able to root around until they found an old checkbook and attempted to cash thousands of dollars. The so-called management at this location did absolutely nothing to assist and just offered to move into another unit. As if this somehow remedies their obvious insider theft problem. To add insult to injury, they went ahead and raised my bill an additional $100 for the trouble! When I came in to inquire about this new madness, the woman behind the counter told me she would “contact her district manager and I would hear back from her.” Two weeks went by and no word from her so I went back in and she reacted in a manner that is indicative of someone being caught in a lie. I deal with human behavior in my profession, and this wasn’t hard to miss. I am going to have this location investigated and am reporting it to the local news to further inform the public of the obvious unscrupulous business practices and insider theft. I have made additional attempts to deal with this company to no avail. They are a billion dollar scam. **Edit to add that beware the positive reviews you see here before renting. The positive reviews are all made the day of opening a new account and are not indicative of long term service.**

Today I attempted to go to my unit. Unfortunately the gate was broken. I watched a man open the gate for himself. I opened the gate for myself and I had an employee come out screaming at me with an attitude. But she did not come out a minute before when another customer opened the gate for themselves. I was not able to access my unit because the gate was broken. I understand that things break but that does not mean that I should have been denied access to my unit. Today was the only day I was able to move things into my unit. If they allowed one customer access to their unit and let them open the gate themselves it should be the same across the board. Based on this experience I am looking for a new storage.
