Wonderful customer service A++

Helped my sister move her stuff out of here. Her things were in here less than a month, and the whole unit is infested with rats. Really disgusting facility. Stay far away!!!

I wish I had never rented a unit in this place...due to my daughter's health problems we had to move temporarily for her medical treatment and I decided to store my household things there...I come back 6 months later and EVERYTHING is damaged because it is infested with rodents, everything is full of mice poop and urine, they ruined all my stuff, when I was FINALLY able to communicate with someone they only offered me $25 credit and "cleaning supplies" how could i clean all the urine and feces in my furniture??? they ended up hanging up on me. it´s very heart breaking to tryed to come back from a very dificult situation and face the fact that all our stuff is ruin

Rented here while in between apartments and the lady who initially helped me over the phone was amazing! Apologies for forgetting her name. It was quick and easy to rent my space over the phone and the space with my lock was already ready for me by the time I reached the unit after set up over the phone. Derek helped me when I had trouble with my move out and was awesome during the whole process! Highly recommend using their storage space. The app is also cool because you can open the gate via Bluetooth for even easier accessibility

The place is infested with rats and they destroyed alot of product I had stored. Thousands of dollars worth. I received a small credit that barely covers 1/10 of my losses. I am extremely disappointed with this facility. On the other hand. ROBIN is very helpful and genuine. She did everything she could to help me and more. but it makes her life and job difficult with all the rats and lack of renovation to the units. Please fix asap. So more people like me don't loose out!

Let me start by saying that this 5 star review is specifically meant to be applied solely for the wonderful property manager, Robin! I am going through an issue with my unit that was more of an act of god and a terrible situation however, Robin was the brightest spot throughout this entire event. Her charming and caring personality has really stood out even throughout my more ugly moments. Her unwavering professionalism coupled with what I could only describe as the most authentic, genuine, caring, and compassionate approach was unmatched. I wish I could do more to elevate her within her organization as she clearly is their most valuable asset within this company and they would do well to recognize and retain her for the years to come. I would be very curious to see what great things she could accomplish given the opportunity to rise to a higher level and make meaningful change in Public Storage's business model as it seems to be in need of more people like her. As stated above, this review comes from someone who just lost 60% of my belongings via "act of god" clause while stored at this location. The circumstances that are following are ongoing and difficult and have caused great hindrance upon myself and family through no fault of Robins. With that said, I can't stress enough how wonderful Robin has been throughout this entire endeavor and her continuous support shows me that she truly cares and is one of a kind.

Really disappointed with this place. When they repainted the interior they spray painted white paint under the door of my unit and on to my cherry wood dining room chairs. I've had issues getting into the unit and no one is on site. I'm told to call a manager at another Public storage unit near by and get no answer. They are now raising the rent on my 5x10 unit $30 a month, making it $170 a month. The exact same size unit at the Public Storage down the road was $48 a month.

Very bad place to get storage unit on canyon road. Other facilities are great but one on canyon road is never staffed, I had been there a little over a month and someone cut my padlock off my unit and stold all my antiques from my deceased parents. They offered me no help at all. Didn't look at any film with me nothing. Should of all been on camera. Then had to go cut off lock the thief put back on my unit after they stole everything and cut it off myself because they didn't have time or manpower to do it. This place is a joke. 2 years I had this same stuff in storage right down the street and never had not one incident or problem. Was trying to save $ so moved here, well it cost me a bundle to store stuff here since they let theirs take it all. I am só disappointed in this whole mess and when they finally realized I'd been robbed they slap their own lock on there along with the thief's and I have to wait for them to come take it off after I had to send roommate up to cut thief's lock off. And they put their lock on my unit on October 1st they said but only called me one time that day and one time a week later. I wouldn't trust them there with nothing.

I bought a storage unit in an auction and when I showed up there Robin was amazing!I was having a bad day but after my experience with her it was much better! She was so helpful and her attitude was great, it was just a bunch of little things she did like helping me load a heavy air conditioner into my truck, letting me borrow a lock for the night, taking something to the dumpster for me and opening the gate for me! I never write reviews, but i had to for this lady. Purchased a storage today from Sharron. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised of how accommodating she was. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the process, how to set up app and how to use pincode. We really felt welcomed and her professionalism was 5stars. Actually, if we could we would give her 10 stars. Never before have we been treated so attentively by any storage personnel before. She is a definite asset to your company! Thank you Sharron

This location and in particular "Robin" are nothing short of amazing. I had a partner in a storage unit that went sideways and required that law enforcement got involved. The situation put me in a position of needing to vacate my unit immediately. I was in Ca when all this happened and felt very vulnerable and that my belongings were at risk. I made contact with Robin and she kept me well informed as things progressed. She was able to keep her corporate office involved while providing me the necessary flexiblity to get back from Ca and to successfully vacate the unit. She even handled the coordination of a local handyman I hired to remove a piano that I was unable to get out on my own. This type of customer service is unheard of anymore and I want to thank Robin and all the staff for their assistance with a very stressful situation. I highly recommend this location if you have the need to rent a storage unit.

Helped me find the right storage with garage type door and gave me a discount for April move in was suppose to be one $1 but charged me $107 and instead discounted May for $99 so May was only $140. Ciera was super helpful, courteous, efficient and professional when I arrived to do my rental process. I would recommend public storage to anyone without hesitation based on this first face to face impression.

No one is ever hardly in the office and paying online is a $10 convince fee on top of the paying rent. WTH! So with my job as a truck driver I have no time to play tag with someone and pay an extra fee. Find a better solution please like hire more people?

I like the location, except the traffic on Meridian is a %**## to get through. Some employees don't answer the phone when on duty.

I tried renting out a unit and they gave me a parking spot. And when I saw that was incorrect I tried calling for WEEKS and going in person to the location and never was able to get ahold of anyone. Finally one of the associates Nick. Who was so nice, reached out to me and talked to me about the issue and agrees I should get a refund for I didn't use the spot, I've been trying to contact them and they didn't even take all my information down. They didn't get my title or registration for my vehicle. The MANAGER on the other hand does not want to give me a refund and says it's my fault for not coming in sooner even though I ha e been trying to contact them for weeks. How is that my fault? They didn't even do their job by not collecting all the information for my vehicle. So I spent money I couldn't even afford to spend because I was moving and on a spot I don't need and I'm not getting a storage unit because they couldn't transfer me and now I don't even get my money back for it because the manager wants to be selfish and steal money from his customers. Who knows who else he has done this to but you better believe I will be taking legal action. That is not ok and that is not how you run a busines.

We had a great experience at this location. Not only did the gentleman help us immediately, but was very helpful and gave great recommendations. He showed us the perfect unit, walked us through the doors/exits, and talked about the locks. The renting process was easy and quick, signed a few papers, made a few decisions, added my partner on as an authorized user. The guy even gave me a discount, which helped more than he could ever know. I wish he gave us his name, I can’t find it anywhere but he made our experience an amazing one. I will be recommending Public Storage based off this interaction alone
