George was amazing and had great service.
If I could choose 10 stars I would! Shelby and George are just amazing!! They both have gone above and beyond for me and my needs! They are patient, understanding and kind! They are both very professional and they calm your nerves, especially when your world is being turned upside down!! I can't thank them enough for all they did for me! The place is always clean and secure!! If I'm in need of storage needs in Maple Valley, I'll be heading there!!
Place is a scam. Signed up last May and it was $75 a month now I’m at $150 a month. Not worth it you can auction off my unit there’s nothing valuable in there anyway. A 5x10 unit shouldn’t cost over $100.

I recently rented a unit at the Maple Valley location, and the gentleman at the front desk made the process incredibly calm and easy. I recently lost my brother in a tragic car accident and have been very stressed out and overcome with grief, and this gentleman was like a breath of fresh air. Very informative, very kind, very professional. Thank you. I needed that. He was wonderful.

This location is a hidden gem. We ha e tried other storage places in MV and this place keeps us coming back time and time again. George at the front desk is one of the nicest people I've met. Units are clean and reasonably priced.

Super unfriendly management and really displeased with all the issues constantly with the building from elevators not working, the elevator certificate being completely expired with the fire dept and even more. Not worth the money. Go spend it with any other storage company in the area.

George was incredibly helpful to me and my daughter just recently when we needed to transfer responsibility for payment on a unit. It took this gentleman 10 minutes to make the changes, and all parties involved were extremely pleased. Shelby was also a charm to work with in resolving this issue, and was very patient with me all the time, especially while on the phone. Well yes,gorge has been pretty kind,untill the payment didn't go thru lol,he wasn't very helpful anymore,there's always two sides to a person and it's best we let him truly earn it under any circumstances. Ok
George has been the best property manager that I have ever had the privilege to meet.
Today I needed a specific box for a piece of art I needed to ship too a customer of mine. I went in too the wax Rd store & George was able to help me get exactly what I needed & then some! He was so patient when I was literally taping the life out of my box so it wouldn't come undone & was so friendly. This little shop doesn't get much business but I'm grateful they're there because I needed that box or I'd be driving down to hand deliver too my customer in Cali. Yikes that would have been pricey. Thank you so so much for your help today! Seriously.
I cannot say enough good about this location. George is the absolute kindest. I had to move my entire storage unit from another storage facility due to constant break ins. From the moment I walked through the door at Public Storage, George was completely caring, kind, professional and helpful. He assigned me to a unit quickly and was thorough in his explanation of how to access the unit, the security features of the facility and how to utilize the app for easier access. The grounds are very well secured, well maintained and clean. Inside the building is very clean and secure as well. Location is great, easy to access. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. I highly recommend Public Storage.
