Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1701 NW Sammamish Road, Issaquah, WA

We've been a customer for 5 years. Love the personal and excellent service Pat provides at this Public Storage. Buildings are well cared for and the Bluetooth gate access makes access very convenient.

Amazing customer service! Pat helped us out and really went out of our way to help us get a unit. 100% would recommend!

Update: Unfortunately, our unit and many others were broken into (June '16). Max insurance is $4,000 which doesn't begin to cover the loss of stolen items. August '16 they were supposed to upgrade security with cameras, but prior to that the homeless population had run of the place. Policy by management dictates they can't refuse to rent to a particular individual. Access was easy, and door codes were the same for the length of the building. I hope they've changed their policies. Dolores was awesome, personable and efficient. Quick, easy experience. Super location, but not at all (or poorly) protected against theft

Only reason we left is because we didn’t have anything else to store! Kelly is thorough and helpful. We will be using this location again in future moves😊

One of the property managers, Pat, is the kindest most genuine person. I love stopping in to see her, see how life has been, check on price changes, etc. Pat always takes the time to walk me through changes, and really looks out for me. She found my sunglasses on the property before I had even realized I had lost them! She then went through the trouble of calling me to tell me she had them and when to stop by to grab them. The level of thoughtful customer service that Pat provides to her customers is rare in today's world, and is certainly valuable. Thanks for always making my visits to Public Storage so pleasant Pat!

Rented a drive up space for 2 months, everything stayed safe and dry. My main complaint is the insane amount of bugs that got into the unit. When I moved in there was a few spiders no big deal. By the time I moved out it was a whole different story. I found wasps, spiders, stink bugs, roaches, lady bugs, centipedes, potato bugs, ear wigs, weevils, silverfish, etc. I haven't fully unpacked yet and am scared to see how many have nested inside my clothes/bedding.

This place has the best customer service all thanks to their number one associate, Pat! The prices are fair for the area, the facility is clean and closely monitored with cameras and fulltime staff. There are plenty of carts throughout to help move things to and from your car to the units. Pat was exceptional! Her service is second to none and we appreciated every interaction with her. Thank you, Pat, for all of your assistance and superior service! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage and terrific customer service!

Wow! Pat helped me figure out what size and location of storage I needed, what the best deal was for my expected rental duration, how to make sure was setup to use the mobile app, taught me the trick of using my phone for easy entry, and was altogether more helpful than I had any reason to expect she would be. I used to work in a moving company and have dealt with many storage unit managers in my day and Pat was far and away the most personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Way to go, Pat!

Excellent Customer Service. Doug has been particularly helpful in dealing with any problems that have arisen in connection with our rental unit. Both Pat and Doug do a great job in keeping the facility in spotless condition.

I needed to downsize my storage unit to half the size, and despite the fact I was effectively cutting my monthly bill in half, Melissa was incredibly supportive in finding me a new, smaller unit and helping me to quickly transition to the new unit. 2 stars for not answering a simple question i had... This location in Issaquah recently got hit with a series of break-ins. My two units got broken into but luckily nothing was stolen b/c i have nothing of value. I spoke with two people associated with this location and they both, i would say, rudely dismissed my very valid and simple question which was, "How many other units got broken into in addition to ours?" They both also had the audacity (or the stupidity?) to ask me why i would even want to know that... I'm sure every potential customer reading this understands the importance of that question... 2 unit getting hit is a lot different than say 30 units getting hit... Would you rather move into a neighborhood that has only had one robbery or 30 robberies... So, just know that this location is susceptible to break-ins, and when the break-ins happen, don't expect to gain any useful information from management about the situation. Don't expect them to even tell you how many break-ins they get in general. Good luck deciding on a storage location... Maybe this behavior is common practice.

July 2022. Do not be fooled, this place does not care what happens to your stuff. They recently had a break in where multiple units were broken into and the facility people in the beginning was seemingly helpful when we asked about it. Pat had told us that they had filed a police report, they had gotten the license plate from the thieve’s vehicle, and had cameras that witnessed the people stealing our stuff, but none of it was true. When asked any details about the report or when we asked to see the footage, they put up a wall and refused to help. Holes in the fence around the facility, extreme lack of security, non-working cameras, or any attempt to outwardly make it look like they had an eye on the property is nonexistent. Every step of recovery has to be done ourselves, even though the place we paid above market rate for couldn’t be bothered to put in the effort to try and help after such a horrible event. I hope anyone reading this realizes there are many other companies who will go above and beyond for those who keep them in business.

From a Mover's standpoint, the storage unit was clean, easily accessable, and had plenty of parking room. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Made assisting my customer super simple.

Pat is a GREAT person who UNDERSTANDS her customers and LIFE situations that may occur. COMMUNICATION is everything that's all Pat ask let her know how she can help you cause she's truely here to assist. Thank you Pat for such a comfortable customer service experience.

Dennis was more than helpful when it came to getting my account set up and into our unit! He was quick beyond friendly and made the experience one of the best ones i’ve had at a storage unit facility. Will be recommending him and this place to any future businesses I run into!
