Harim, was the best ever! Answered all my questions, made changes for me and saved me some money!!
It was great to show up with a completely ready storage space. They were efficient organized! The public storage website is having problems, though, but it has nothing to do with Harim and the team. Would rent space from here again for sure.

The whole access system is a disaster. When I’m driving out to the front gate, if I unlock using the app, it keeps unlocking the storage building door. Ok then I stepped out of my car and put number on the pad, the gate opens and closes so quickly, it even closed before I hop back in the car! How the heck should I get out??? Not to mention how inconvenient to use the app, it takes too long to recognize the lock and unlocking takes too long as well.

Great initial pricing, nice facility, then they DOUBLED my monthly rate. Buyer beware of this scammy organization hooking you in without any warning doubling your rate. It would be better if they just admitted it was a 3-month rate.

The downside is that I was threatened by the staff Bob to “kick me and the moving team out of the property” as we have some boxes left in the room that we are not able to move to the truck as once. I’m ok to move (though I’m the only one moving, not blocking anyone else) but was mad about his arrogant and impolite attitude.
Is that how the staff trained to talk to the customer? The storage place itself is good but I would recommend to go to the other public storage places for more polite and professional customer service.
Jose is great and was very efficient for checking us out! Only issue with the property is the hours they operate, but otherwise the facilities are wonderful and the staff is super friendly and attentive!

The Public Storage facility abruptly revoked my rental agreement with storage space after I fulfilled my payment, yet they have failed to reimburse the funds. The front desk staff has an extremely negative attitude, and it's advisable for people to avoid using their service.

The two guys staffing it were very friendly and professional. They helped me choose the right sized unit, as well as take care of all the sign up/lease details very efficiently. Please know it’s best to call and make an appointment to ensure such great customer service. Also, the rates are very competitive at this time.

There are very few people who care as much or are as accommodating, so I highly appreciated it and am happy to have chosen this location!

Regarding the storage facility, this is a new location and my unit is brand new. From the main entrance to unit door, there are 4 access controls, which provides extra security for my belongings. Very satisfied with it.
