It is a clean safe place, the employees especially Imad is so friendly and helpful, the monthly rate is reasonable. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to store your stuff.
I currently have a storage unit there. And the manager Julia has been amazing. Anything I ask of her, she does or has an answer for. I feel better about having my belongings there. Just by her being an employee. On top of the hundreds of customers she has. She keeps it personal. Has called me by name since day one. Which is a great personal touch. Will keep renting here. Just because of her.
Update: was here yoday to make a payment on my account. And Imdad was there to help with the process. Seemless and effortless. Even yhough there is new employees here. The quality is still there. Thats why im ony 4th unit with this specific facility.

From the beginning of my time at this facility, I have received stellar service and I want to specifically highlight Peggy’s service as almost concierge like. Peggy knows the ins and outs of the system like the back of her hand and previously when I thought that the system had incorrectly assigned me the wrong unit, Peggy patiently walked me through the situation and resolved the issue without making me seem irresponsible. I can’t say enough about the staff here at this location. Punctual, extremely responsive, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. Management should reward this local staff with all possible accolades.

I reserved my indoor unit online to get a great discounted price before going in to look at it and complete my rental agreement. Julia, the property manager was incredibly thorough in explaining everything and had excellent customer service skills! The whole process between seeing the unit and getting my keys to completing the agreement took less than 15 minutes and I left feeling completely informed and satisfied with my decision. Also the grounds were clean, well-maintained, and very secure from what I could tell. Just beginning my storage here, but based off this initial experience 10/10 recommend!

I'm fairly new to this location, but it's been a breeze working with the site managers. They have been super helpful and flexible, and have answered all my questions within a day or on-the-spot. The location is convenient and the prices seem fair for this area. Hopefully, I won't be here forever, but at least I know I'm in a friendly place.

I went to Public Storage for supplies. They had everything I needed and were stocked very well. The Cashier even helped me to get my supplies to the car in the rain. She was very helpful. Prices on boxes are generally expensive. One of the worst parts of moving.

My husband and I were looking for a unit for the first time and we first went to the the PW parkway site and spoke with Anna, she was extremely helpful and informative. There was not a unit in the size we needed so she called ahead to the Telegraph site to see if they have an outside unit available in the size we wanted. David was working and greeted Us right away. He showed us the unit that was available. He was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable. We rented the unit! Was a great experience thanks Anna and David!
