First and foremost, The manager Mr Zia was very helpful cordial both my moving in and out.... Very friendly person.The environment was very condusive for the storage business per my estimation, and I look forward to do more in the coming months. I chose this area for convinenance however I don't like the fact that nobody is picking up the phone during business hours, I've called 3 times and it keeps going to voicemail. They also dont seem to honor our military members with discounts at this particular location thats horrible. I called earlier to place a reservation and when I clicked on the email sent to read over the rental agreement and pay I noticed it automatically adds on a $19.99 fee and there's no way to remove it, I don't want a refund I just simply don't want to be charged for a lock because I already have a proper storage lock. Not a great start to renting here.

The BEST storage unit facility I have ever seen or been to. The front office was very clean, tidy, organized. I had a good feeling as soon I walked in. The manager Zia was very helpful and accommodating. After getting through the gate, we noticed that the grounds are all nice and clean - no trash, and didn't see any items that were left laying around by other renters.

It's clean, the manager is super friendly, helpful and actually monitors the property (besides the cameras). We moved around 3 units so far and each time the manager was able to secure a new unit quickly. Very happy with the service!

I've been to a couple of the storage locations and this one is the worst. Clean facility, but never have any carts and my minor son was locked in the elevator for 30 minutes on one occasion. I tried speaking to the manager about my account and he acted as if he didn't care. I'm not a happy customer.
