Mork was a great help in advising my son as he helped me move from out of state to Virginia. Additional unit need was close by and very convenient.

Still storing here and I am updating my review to give praise to the property manager at this location. This facility is very Clean. This location on rt.7 is prime real estate. This location is great!!! Manager Mark and Brittney are wonderful to work with.
If not for the amazing manager, there’s no way I could salvage my business and personal storage needs after major changes in my organization. The manager helped me find a plan and package that worked for me, recommended packing supplies and suggested the best means of tracking my business inventory. Impeccable service

We've used this facility for a while. Very clean, safe, and well run. Recently wanted to downsize our unit and ran into issues finding available space. The manager Mark was incredibly helpful and had us set up in another unit quickly.

Steve and his staff were very helpful in providing a climate controlled space the same day. It was clean, secure and easy to access. My only complaint is that access closes at 9pm. A little later, like 11pm, would be better. UPDATE: June 2023: Mark is a very attentive manager at this Sterling location. He helped me manage my 3 storage units during my relocation and made the whole experience so much easier... God knows we have enough stress in moving! Thanks Mark!

Mark at this location did an outstanding job taking care of me, and taking out of my complex situation trying to find the right fit for my storage items. I just rented out a 7X10 storage unit that fit my needs perfectly and these are very clean and neat units with bright lighting at night and not dull nor gloomy.
Had excellent customer service experience here, and I would definitely not hesitate to rent it out again.

I rented the unit online and was contacted quickly with my access info. Brittney was very kind and helped me locate my new storage unit. She showed me how the gate works and how to use the app to open it as well.
Really spacious for drive ups. No problem fiting the moving truck near the unit.

There are several reviews over the past few year that are outstanding however I did not have this experience. Waited out side for 1.5 hours for the property manager to return. Fast forward to revive the gate code, payment ect.. I get through the gate and to the door leading to the units to find out there was another door code. This code was never provided. Went back and guess who is missing? The property manager. Waited another 45 mins to nothing. I eventually had to return home and unpack my vehicle. Terrible experience!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at this location. It was my first time needing to use a storage facility so I walked in not knowing what to expect. Toni is the best, very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I have had bad experiences with moisture getting into the unit. So we will probably be not staying.
