I've had nothing but Awesome service from 1901 W. Broad St. Public Storage! The staff is super nice, very professional and the facility is very clean. The prices and the discounts are amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a space to store their belongings.

⭐️I would NOT use Public Storage unless absolutely necessary! We needed a storage unit for one month and were NOT told the next month’s rental was due one week after we rented the unit (even though we paid a full month at the end of a month)! They presumably sent me an invoice(which I did not receive)and they failed to call the number on file before cutting my lock off! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Kee was amazing! He proactively checked our locker to make sure there was a lock on it after alerting me they cut ours off and helped us close the account out a few days later!

I had a fantastic experience with Taylor at this location. Despite feeling a bit frustrated, Taylor made my visit delightful. The storage facility is spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere. As someone who values cleanliness (I have OCD), I was pleased to find the bathroom extremely clean. I was pleased that a lock came with the unit when I didn’t have one of my own. She explained my payments clearly and patiently which I greatly appreciated. Her assistance and willingness to make sure I understood everything were truly commendable.

Facility used to be more well kept, but now it's always unkempt and dirty.
Location was great at first but just got hit with my second price increase in a year, a 30% increase! Meanwhile the condition of the property has deteriorated. Trash everywhere and not a worker to be found!

My father has a storage unit here for the last two days no one has been here during business hours. We have called & left messages that have still not been returned. When he was told to come to this location to pick up his key. Also, called the number on the door, still no answer. All in all just a bad experience.

We rented 3 storage units for 4 months following an out of state move to Glen Allen. My experience with this facility has been top notch - they were helpful and flexible with finding me the right size spaces when moving in (had planned for 1 large unit but ended up needing 3!). And now we are moving out and they are demonstrating the same customer service and flexibility with our move out process. Steve, the property manager and Delonte have been so great to work with. I highly recommend!

Off of Broad Street, located along the side and back of the building. They took great care of me and my stuff for 1.5 years, no hassles.
