Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 11530 Nuckols Rd, Glen Allen, VA

Absolutely terrible experience with this storage facility. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering. Both elevators have been down, leaving me unable to access my storage unit, which has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive. To make matters worse, there’s no one readily available to speak to. I’ve called three times over the past several days, yet I haven't received a single callback, even though the one person I managed to speak with (after days of trying) promised to follow up and never did. The entire business setup seems designed to avoid real human interaction and trap you in an endless loop of unhelpful automation. Every interaction is directed to ‘visit our website, send a text, download our app, or navigate our phone system,’ all of which seem to have the sole purpose of wasting your time without any resolution. When you do finally reach a representative, they have no answers and, at least in my case, make empty promises of a callback that never comes. This storage facility is not only unprofessional but also misleading in how they handle customer service. If you value your time and need reliable access to your belongings, avoid this business at all costs!

Facility is clean and easy to access. Carts are not available during non business hours which is a bummer but not the end of the world. Pricing increased it seemed quarterly. In just over a my rent went from $80 up to $150 when I decided to move to a different unit.

Very predatory company. They put a lien and actioned off all my stuff. I was one day late on a payment and they charged me over 150 in fees which made it impossible to catch up on the payments and they wouldn’t allow me to do a payment plan. Never again using their services.

Art provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend this location!

Very clean facility very friendly staff and reasonable prices

I’m from out of state and was looking at prices around the area. All I’m going to say is Shawna is awesome. I won’t be ready to store for a couple of months but I know exactly where I’m going! Unbelievably awesome customer service. I haven’t had an experience like this is years!!! Thank you Shawna for all your help today. If I could give you 10 stars, I would.

I was looking for a public storage space to store myself and I came a cross the Nuckols road location. Leolia,who is the manager made the transition so easy for me. There was a problem with the lock, but she was able to make accommodations and move me in to another unit. She is the best!!!!

By far the most exceptional service I have ever received!! Leolia knew what I wanted, made sure everything was how I wanted it and did everything so quick and easy! Only ever coming to this location and it’s all because of great customer service like the one she provides.
