This place seems like a scam, I'd be very cautious about renting. I have been charged, given "access" and upon arrival was told via their agent from behind a computer screen that I actually didn't have a unit available for me because their manager who is not on site and not accessible cancelled the unit. I completed my contract online and paid the day before my arrival with my belongings. Prior to my arrival I received verification email and texts saying I was confirmed and had an access code. Upon arrival, I was informed by their "live agent" I was connected with via their screen that the manager vacated my unit. Not really understanding what that meant, it was clarified that the manager who was not on site and they had no way of contacting had cancelled my storage unit contract. They cancelled it for no reason and with no contact, I did not receive a text or email saying I did not have a unit available to me so it made no sense. I was told there was nothing I could do but wait until the morning. However my account has been charged, no refund given, and I never once had access to the unit. Had to repivot with all of my stuff in tow which was expensive and inconvenient. This place is a scam

They need to be shut down. Location is now a virtual facility. You have to talk to someone through a kiosk.They don’t know what is going on there they sold me a unit that already had a lock on it. They proceed to give me another unit that also had a lock on it. This company is a scam. I ended up going somewhere else to get a unit. I canceled my account they took 29.00 from me. And said it’s non refundable. I canceled my account and saw they are still trying to charge me for the new month even though I called. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else! Horrible experience and I wil never use them again

Terrible experience here. The property manager is either never on site or never answers the phone. The unit i reserved already had a lock on it, not allowing me to access it. The unit was supposed to be ready 2 days prior to me actually showing up and attempting to access it. And live service help did nothing for me. Terrible customer service. Might change my rating if they actually get their s*** together. Otherwise, avoid this place, store your belongings elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Does not respond to multiple messages left for Branch Manager whether speaking to live agent or on chat. If I could leave negative points it would be negative 10. Would not ever recommend.

My unit was broken into and most of my personal items were stolen It was reported to the manager at the time but she didn’t seem too interested in reviewing the camera. The marketing is a joke just to get you there for 3 months and they triple the rates. This location isn’t worth the money, the units are old and ragged

There could be much better signage to find my unit and get into the place. The code on my phone would not work. I also thought my unit was climate controlled because that is all you advertise. Imagine my surprise to get to my Public Storage and find out it is not climate controlled. I will be moving out in the near future.

The unit itself is fine. I have had it for about four years, and furniture has remained relatively intact. The door is nearly impossible to open, but these units aren't meant to be used for a long time. My main complaint is twofold- The kiosk sucks. Great if you are just looking to reserve an unit (probably), but the live chat with an agent doesn't work. It's also downright creepy just sitting there in an empty white room. Borderline liminal backrooms. I know it used to be an office, but maybe just tear the building down. My rent has QUADRUPLED what I reserved it for. It has doubled on average per year. I started my rent at 99/special. It is now 403 dollars per month. Close to the average rent for a bedroom in this town. For the state that the unit is in, this is utterly unacceptable. I'm not paying for a property manager, there's no maintenance on the units. I've let every person I know about the price and to steer away as far as possible. I'm glad to finally move in a space my own again, if anything so I don't have to deal with this company anymore. Edit: Also your opt-out button in the marketing emails leads to a 404 Error. Good job.

Excellent service

People are helpful and nice. However, after our “introductory period” (1yr) was over, rent increased significantly every 2-3 months. We started at $80 (web discount) now, our rent is close to $400 when the same units are renting full price for $100 something. Not cool. Apparently they don’t want long term storing.
