Poor customer services … more staff training or customer service is needed at this establishment, because you ask a question the African American lady gets upset and start throwing papers at the customer. Thank goodness it was another staff in the store.. she was Caucasian really don’t matter to me what color of your skin I love all people but goes to show as I informed that other employee that she really lives up to the expectations unprofessional, ignorant… could even conduct business right. God don’t like ugly…..that was a bad look on you darling…

Great place for your household items. It’s clean and has climate control. Aside of the woman at the desk being rude and stand-offish, I would recommend this business. Just don’t walk through the lobby more than once.

My first time coming here and it was and still is a great experience. It’s clean and very easy to get started online without having to go inside. On the second day my lock was got Jammed and the lovely receptionist at the from CARLA (I believe her name was) was so happy and happy to help. She was great and it was a breeze from there. Since move in the previous day she greeted with a welcoming smile! Thank you 😊 climate controlled and great security!

This is the first time I have rented a storage unit. From my experience here, I am satisfied with the unit itself but unhappy with what I consider misleading marketing. I ended up paying far more for the unit than what was initially quoted. From what others have told me, it is a common practice in the self storage industry. That doesn't make it right though.

I had the best experience renting this storage unit from the whole team. Zac, one of the reps sent me the information I needed quickly and Carla who is at the location locally was so helpful! She stayed on the phone with me when problems came up and called me back with more details and information. I haven;t even moved my stuff in yet and I am looking forward to meeting her and the team. They have made my relocation from Atlanta an easy one. (This was all done remotely)
Brian at the location on Jefferson next to Red Lobster was great!! Even though there was an issue with my online reservation (not his fault), he still managed to make my rental process quick and easy. The unit was easy to find and get to, and very clean. The property is neat, and the app is great!!

I had the pleasure of using this storage for over 6 months. I initially met an African woman that was the kindest woman and super knowledgeable about storage, then as I continued to add more and relocate my personal storage around I went to the front desk to get help and Miss Carla helped me out. She told me the rental prices, change is rent, alternate storages by floor and location to rent and even stayed behind after her shift to ensure I had everything necessary to move between rental storages. I can’t say anything other than outstanding for this location and the quality of Miss Carla and the African woman. I’ve suggested this storage to friends and coworkers and they all rent from there now. Thank You and keep up the good work, customer service, and satisfaction that goes a long way. I wish other businesses were like you. 🥰

We are a military family and recently moved to town. We’re not from the area and we desperately needed storage. Carla was very helpful. She has great customer service, and a cheerful personality. She even let us in the storage unit before we opened the account, just so we can make sure the size dimension meet our needs. It’s a sad fact that most people, are more comfortable complaining than they are acknowledging the great work people do every day. So we are all about doing reviews that are fair and impartial. We definitely recommend this storage unit Facility. And if you’re lucky enough to get Carla. She’ll make it an even more pleasurable experience.

I have several issues with public storage, first I had a reservation at a completely different location . I get there and I can’t check into the unit bc the kiosk was down . I had no choice but to be moved to this location which cost more monthly for something that wasn’t even my fault . Then this location NEVER answers the phone I mean never . But drive by there and there is no customers in the store so that’s ironic . Then I come in contact with customer service , and encountered the rudest women CONNIE , on the phone who insist on speaking to people like they are children and or like she doesn’t want to do her job. I don’t suggest public storage at all … maybe as an last resort . But I will very soon be gathering my things from this place
