We spoke to Arlene, who was a huge help and let us know all our options. We got the unit secured and paid for within 20 minutes of calling and feel so relieved to have that taken care of!

The instructions is user friendly and everything went as I was told in the app, email and thru phone conversion. It was also contactless. The unit was clean and I was all set up to begin using the unit storage. I was treaty very professionally.

Dead rat in storage unit. I am guessing it came from the person who was renting the next storage unit over. I wasn’t going to clean around the area. Storage space 246 is empty minus dead rat, no one picks up on the phone to cancel storage unit. They hang up

Website claims they are open but. There is no one at the building and the doors are locked. Three people standing outside and we have to call and ask them the send an employee to open the building. Horrible.

Used this area to pay my storage fee, easy use or get video assistance which is helpful.

Did all my rental paperwork online and move in was as simple as inputting my pin (which was text to me) and opening my unit to find a lock with keys for closing up. The app is really nice once you establish your rental agreement

If you ever need short term storage this ain’t the place. Almost $200 for less than two weeks. You are greedy for not pro rating especially in times like these. People are going through it and you just add to the short coming by taking this money. And you know you will rent the space again so you are getting double the money. I want my money back and this will not be the last you hear about this. I will make sure to tell everyone you take peoples money by not pro rating. Just greedy!

This is the first time that I have rented a storage unit, so I don't have any comparisons but, I can say that I didn't like the "discount" I would have gotten if I reserved it online. Well, that's what I started out to do but, found that I needed to call the phone # to see what sizes were available for the area that I wanted to have my storage unit in. So I needed to finish my reservation by phone and then the kiosk onsite which canceled my discount. So a little unhappy about that. Otherwise, no issues.

Clean facilities on the outside, we have been renting a unit for around 2 years and the interior light to our unit has never worked. I've reached out several times about it with no response back. There is now a self serve kiosk outside the office in place of an actual person. It would be nice to have a person on property at least part time to handle customer issues.

I love the app that I use to get in the gate! So much easier than remembering a long code. Grounds are clean and security seems good so far.

Standing outside my storage unit for over an hour because there is no key and no one here. Couldn't just leave my things so now I get fined for 2 children at daycare, not to mention behind on kitchen demo. Thank you never again

Absolutely the best experience ever! And I wasn’t even the one renting. Imari went to the extreme above and beyond for my grandfather and I’d like to thank her a million times over. I’m not sure if you guys know this, but you’ve got a Superstar on your team!! My grandparents were recently displaced from a flood that took almost everything they owned. Imari was very sympathetic and understanding of their situation and took all factors in account when finding the right space for them. It’s like she knew what they needed before they did. She answered all of our questions, showed us around, helped us understand the paperwork and even got us signed up for the Public Storage App. We’ve rented before but we figured since we saw online this was a self storage facility no one would be there to help us but the universe was working with us that day and sent her to us. And the property!! Absolutely amazing. Her upkeeping skills are outstanding!! The unit was clean and even smelled good, the property was impeccable, although there were a few holes in the unit, she did assure us they were aware of all damages in the units. If I ever get a storage unit myself I am definitely going to Public Storage and straight to Imari. This will definitely be an experience we will not forget. Imari you rock! Keep doing great things for Public Storage! You definitely earned this 5 star reveiw and all the good karma coming to you!!

Brian, this is for you😇!!! You are an amazing human being and another reason I only use Public Storage facilities!!! You need a raise and some brownies! I have used Public Storage centers for almost a decade beginning when I was in college. Every single time the units have been clean, available, and economically friendly. But the absolute best, and primary reason I keep going back to them for my storge needs is bc of the staff!!!! They are always so kind and cheerful (even when they are/have delts with a difficult customer)😌. They are personable, informative and make sure you get what you need and do so with the best prices they can offer. When Covid-19 hit in 2020 I was ending a lease, beginning school again, leaving a full-time job, and had absolutely no place to put my things. I called Pubilc Storage, and was imidately provided information on several locations, size options, and even possible coupons to use. If anyone EVER asks me where they should store their belongings, long or short-term, I will always suggest Public Storage!!!!!

Kept are trailer safe and sound, love the remote access. Was very pleased that they reached out to us when we left with it. They made sure we where there and got it. 10 minutes after we left the facility, got the call. Very prompt, thank you.
