Patty was super helpful! I started the process online but I had questions. I left her a voice message and she called back and less than 15 minutes to answer all of my questions. I was quickly and easily able to finish my reservation. When I came to move my stuff, she remembered me, greeted me by name and give me a good overview of what I needed to know and showed me where my unit was. She offers excellent customer service and great confidence with the facility

I was under a lot of stress trying to find an affordable storage unit at the last minute. The two lovely ladies working the front desk helped me beyond measures . I wasn’t sure exactly what size i needed and the ladies helped me . They took it as far as in looking into their sister store and helping me get a unit that had a 50 percent off special making it even more affordable as well as making the reservation for me . Great customer service! These people deserve a raise! It was so easy! The app does freeze but the best will help you at this location fr. They also give you all the information upfront. No hidden costs all thanks to the lady with the head band and nose piercing! Warning the other woman with glasses is very rude.

I came back to this location after 6 years because of the great service that I received and I received the same great service from Patty. 6 years ago I was given great service by Christine. They have made so many new changes at this location. The only thing that I don't like is that they need to update the parking area.

The site manager Patty was extremely helpful and kind, and spent time showing us available unit sizes and meeting our emergency household move needs.
Dropped of few boxes for 3 months storage. Came back to roaches everywhere. Inside boxes, under plastic tops of carpet cleaner, in sweaters, stuck to the tape, pure infestations. Wish they would've warned me. I could've prepared for the horror I found later. Didn’t have anything for roaches to enjoy, but I guess the cardboard and glue was irresistible.
Besides the roaches and spiders customer service was great. Great prices, just prep for critters and their cousins.
*Maybe the neighboring storage guest brought them in, so I'm revising from 2 stars to 4 in all fairness*.

Got charged a day and an admin fee for a unit I didn't want. Online didn't have clear pictures of the tight alleyways where most their units are. I thought I was just reserving to look at it. The access didn't work for my situation so I told them I didn't want it.... Turns out they still charge you almost $50 for something you never even received a lock to or set foot in. From the other reviews I've read it makes sense, they're not great and just want peoples' money.
Hi guys and girls. I just encountered the most awesome and beyond experience from this facility by Verzet. She answered my phone call and all my questions were given to her along with a yell for help! Verzet is very good at what she is doing and exceeds expectations. I am not in the area and she was very understanding. She helped me with the difficult task of setting up my rental, resetting all the issues that I was having with the system reservations, and gave me a time to call back.. in which she answered! I believe any where she works…. She will be a great asset. Many thanks to Verzet! Keep up the the great work customer service, and kindness…efficiency

I've had my storage unit for almost a month and am just now able to access it because of a broken door lock. We tried to contact PS through calls and messages on the app, and never got any kind of help with the situation. We reached the property manager once, and they seemed frustrated with the door situation as well, but we were refused compensation for the month that we were not able to access/utilize the unit. I understand that getting the lock fixed was out of their hands after the work order was in, but I shouldn't have to pay for something I can't even get to.
