Adriana helped me on several occasions over the phone and has been helpful and professional and even suggested a way to lower my monthly rate! Brittany was very helpful. Helped me with a unit, and explained absolutely everything to me. Very clean units. Only thing is they raise the price every few months. And it's like a$10-$15 hike. I used to have 2 units, but consolidated to one cuz of the price increases. I understand things go up, but that's a big jump and too often.

A friend of mine died in August. On top of the tremendous loss her loved ones face, Public Storage won't let this family get her things out of storage for 60 days post death and have been so incredibly nasty about it. Please think carefully before selecting a storage company. People need compassion at times like this NOT a hard time. OAN Apparently it's VA law.

I rent one of the units and I had a problem that needed to be resolved, so I went to the office where I was greeted by Tanya. She listened to my problem and explained, in detail, what needed to be done. Tanya was very knowledgeable and polite, and I really appreciated her advice!
Having a hard time finding a facility that would suit my needs. My initial experience with public storage was poor but that was dealing with Corp. Dealing with the people at the facility could not have been better. Full of knowledge and helpful advice. I had a particularly good conversation with Khadija. Very helpful. Highly recommend, just be honest.

Always only one cart, no matter what time you go. So if it’s busy you are out of luck. Otherwise great, I like the app gate access option.
