Tanya was very helpful and provided excellent customer service 100% recommend.
I wanted to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience I had with one of your employees. I had the misfortune of interacting with tayna, an employee of your company. She was extremely rude and unprofessional during our interaction. She was dismissive of my concerns and didn't take the time to listen to me. She was very short tempered and spoke to me in a condescending tone. As a customer of your company, i believe i deserve to be treated with respect. However, my experience with her was quiet the opposite. I am disappointed in the behavior of this employee, and it reflects poorly on your company. I hope in the future that this behavior is fixed so no one else has to experience what I went through.
Tonya has been very helpful since we moved in last year. Always informative when we have questions or need help. The lots are always clean. She always goes out her way to make our experience at public storage a 5/5 experience

Rented a new unit at this Public Storage yesterday. This is a nice facility. They keep it clean and recently painted all the doors. Kaylea was fantastic! She showed me a few diifferent units, to make sure I got the size I needed. Then helped me add the new unit to my existing account. Overall, she did a great job!
