Good experience
I’ve only had my belongings in Unit 272 for a couple of days, and I’ve already encountered a large cockroach or water bug inside my storage unit. Unfortunately, it disappeared before I could deal with it. This has made me extremely uncomfortable with keeping my things here, especially considering the possibility of bugs getting into my belongings or laying eggs.
I’m not confident that this facility is properly maintained, and I’ll be removing my items as soon as possible. Very disappointed.
Nancy went above and beyond to help me with having 2 units and not being able to pay online as needed. She's very professional and a great lady in general.

I have been at Ms.Nancy property for almost a year now and every time I go in she always greet me with a smile and good energy. She make sure I’m good and helps me through any issues. I truly appreciate Ms. Nancy helping me with my time being there. I strongly suggest she get a raise or something.
There is roachs. I took a few home in my box,gutter roach's, large.I've had 1 other storage unit in my life and never saw roachs!! I had to bomb the unit 2xs.I had a claim with there insurance but the damage did not exceed the 200 deductable,although it was bad.. I was told the cold can bring them in from management. Manager didnt even look. I paid for treating the unit and cleaning it!! My valuables sprayed with roach feces that I can't fix. A waste of $If you have items you treasure..beware. Another thing,they don't even have a dumpster that you as a paying client can use. There fence doesn't go down. A guy told me his car had theft that he stored there.

Nancy is the nicest person and a wonderful manager. She has been truly amazing and accommodating for us and our needs. They helped to find the right storage space for extremely reasonable and affordable price.
I've been using this storage 4yrs because of my business needs. During that time no communication has been responded to! Yesterday a couple of us were locked inside the gate because someone destroyed the inside keypad and the app to let you exit was not working, called and left several messages to this day NO RESPONSE! Please consider another option As soon as I can relocate my business This will be a after thought 🤔

Never received the email with my passcode for move in day. Angel in the office gave me a temp passcode so I could store my trailer. I appreciated that as is is an 18 mile ride each way. Got moved in in just minutes. Called later about the permanent code and Nancy helped me with the app and all the info I needed was already there. Great team work!
Won't let you use their dumpsters. Never heard of such a thing. Also price is outrageous. Goes up every month too like a cable bill.

Easy to get in and out. However, I did notice the big water bugs in some of my boxes, which I wasn’t very happy!

On Sunday Aug 6th I was looking for a storage that had a live customer service representative; which is rare these. After being there for a while the system went down and Nancy at the store on N. Battlefield was just the perfect epitome of personal service. Trying everything she knew & even calling for help, remaining calm and staying professional. Finally returned on Monday, same thing happened. Nancy worked her magic and got it done. If I had a thousand tongues it still would not be enough thank you(s)!!

Nancy At Battlefield st is Amazing!!! I was ckecking on my parked vehicle and she came by to check for security purposes- that itself made me feel safe knowing that she watch all the units by camera and in the parking itself!! She also told me that my vehicle at times was left open and she closes it. **DO NOT RENT AT PUBLIC STORAGE!!!**
They have shadey business practices and poor customer service. They lure you in with a cheap monthly rate and then increase the price at their leisure. The contract states that they are allowed to increase with a 30 day notice but I would not think that they would increase the monthly rate by 40%! That's right a 40% increase just because they felt like it. Yes I understand that I signed a contract stating this but you would think a company would have better business practices!
Zach was incredibly cool, quick, & efficient. He did a far better job than the live agent on the kiosk at a different location. I actually enjoyed checking in! My gate code originally didn’t work.

The new manager at 428 Battlefield BLVD Nancy reached out to me directly about my existing spot on their lot across the street from the main lot. This was comforting as I had tried to contact the old manager via phone and by stopping by the office multiple times due to an ongoing issue with the gate being stuck open and sometimes stuck closed. Never once had I been able to get in touch. After confirming she was aware of the ongoing gate issue, she mentioned she’s getting it taken care of and explained the process behind it. My sense was that she is much more control and is more swift than the previous owner who I had yet to even meet after 3 months of trying to. She also allowed me to transfer my spot over to the main lot which gave me much more peace of mind. Not only did she save me from cancelling altogether but she left me feeling much more comfortable about things moving forward.

Gates have not worked in years!! Mgmt doesn't car when client property is damaged and they don't respond to emails. Do not trust these people with you property!!
My mom was scheduled to transfer units, but when we went to the site, the office was closed. We were instructed to go to this location and Nancy helped us with the transfer. She was so kind, happy, and upbeat! She provided excellent customer service!
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a matter with the district manager soon . Not a complaint yet .but a valid concern. Consumer rights and operating a ethical business is of interest to the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency's, period .

Myself and several others in this storage unit have had parts stolen from our cars. My catalytic converter was the 4th one stolen within the past few months and nothing has been done to increase security in stopping thefts at their property. Management was no help.

Not only can you access the facility from your phone but it’s open after staff leaves until 9. My unit started out reasonably $. They slowly increased the rent. I got rid of the insurance with coverage under my renters policy with my auto policy company. If rent wasn’t about to be double because of inflation going on, I would be staying, but sadly have to give it up by end of month.
