Absolutely horrible I hate that storage facility and the people who work there. I wasted money on getting the unit since I couldn't change locations or refunded and lost all of my stuff I hate them and I'm so mad I don't care if I have to choose death or the facility I choose death not to mention it looks like a trap house of storage facilities they need to go out of business and also you only have 30 minutes to be in the unit period for the day I give it a half a star

They still have a lot of Older units with all the space. Most storage places have cut the hight down to force you to pay 33% more for what you get.

there is no way these units are climate controlled. half of my stuff ended up smelling like mildew. there was a leak from the roof and it molded a lot of my stuff .

My unit is suppose to be climate control. Went into the unit today and it was freezing 🥶. Not sure that's climate control. The cost of the unit skyrocketed fro $80 to $105 in a month. Time to move out of this money hog.
