Milka is 100% the only reason my wife and I continue to use this place. There's is no problem she doesn't offer a solution for even when we needed to change units to a bigger one, or when the unit next to us was leaving trash in front of our door she made sure it was cleaned and taken care of and we haven't had any issues long once she gets involved. She's never rude or disrespectful and always has such a calm demeanor to herself.
I've been at public storage for a few months and I cant express how helpful Milka is when it comes to questions or anything we need. we needed to get a bigger storage unit and she walked us through the entire process making it super easy for us to move our unit without stress.

After today’s email, my unit is going up another $90 to $540 monthly. Time to find a new storage facility. Their rate increases are out of control. Ridiculous. No wonder people can’t get ahead, with inflation increases like this?
This is the only public storage location, where the office is always closed even during work hours. Just to add, I scheduled a move out for August 25, now my wife received a call from them telling her to remove our stuff today. I wish I can put negative stars.

I came in 5 minutes before closing time and unfortunately, couldn't sign up for a unit in-person but she was happy to help me and gave me every detail in signing up for a unit online. She even went out of her way to give me a quick tour of where to park and unload my belongings in the facility! Thank you so much Milka for showing me an excellent customer service.
The manager is arrogant. She kept increasing the price without notification. Please stay away of this place. I started at $90 about 23 months ago I am at $161 now. Price is going up every month. I called many times and asked for the manager. She never answered my calls or never returning my calls either. Worst customer service ever. She knows how to begged for five stars survey for bonus without having a knowledge that it’s against the laws in Virginia. .
Decent size, easy to pay and two months free. So far so good.

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst customer service ever! First of all I was walking with my dog and decided to stop by to purchase moving supplies. The door was locked at 4:15PM. There was no signage stating "be back in 5". As soon as I walked in the store Malika stated the dog could not be in here. I said she is a service animal. she proceed and asked "where is her leash?" I replied "she has a leash.... do you mean Service vest?". She said yes. I said she is not required to have one. Then she proceed and asked for my documents stating she was a service animal. As you know it is against the law to ask for documents, because it is essentially against HIPAA. I really did not want to continue interacting with her so i left and called the district manager Fatima who to be honest did not apology and try to recover services! I just wanted to relay the information and let them know customer service was horrible and to educate staff to abide by the laws. I am a current customer and will be ending my services this month.
