So first off, they have a really good deal for your first month for a dollar, which is why I chose here. They were good about getting back to me when I showed interest and the facility is really nice with carts you can use. The couple bad things are that it says online that when I get there I will be paying 30$ today, but then when you do go there you have to buy one of their locks for 20$. Which I guess I know now is not super unusual, but it completely blindsided me on that. The other thing is that the lady working the desk (who was very nice besides this) had me pull out my phone right there and asked me to do a 5 star review right now. It's an uncomfortable position to put someone in, and it kinda makes me wonder how many other 5 star reviews on here are from people who don't like confrontation and just do what they are told. It's one thing to say, "hey if you like our stuff please consider doing a 5 star review for us" and, "do you have your phone? Go ahead and pull it out so you can give a 5 star review now". Just bugged me.
Edit: my family and I used this exact storage facility again a couple years later, and we ended up working with the same lady at the front desk as before. she was just as kind as last time and very helpful. She also did not pressure me into putting a review this time! I feel like my last review was heard and that they implemented changes which I think is really cool! The facility was just as clean, and a very easy process just like the first time, I absolutely would recommend using this storage facility, just be sure to have your own lock! 😜

The building accessibility is not well planned. The driveway is too narrow and it feels like a maze. There are a lot of options in that area that would be better.

Stored items for 2 months in summer in one of the smallest units. No problems, would store here again. Appreciated having carts available for moving items in and out. Polite and helpful employees.
When you cancel your membership. They don’t actually cancel it because they don’t know how. So then your stuff gets sent to collections. Now your credit goes bad. All because you signed up for public storage

I normally don't write reviews, and idk if I've written a one star before, but these guys are a joke. They advertise a $1 rent for the first month, but it actually turns into $50 due to some other move-in fees. The price wasn't bad at first, but in a little over a year it (10' x 10' unit) went from $97 to $135 to now $171, all not including insurance. This doesn't merit a one star review, but what does is they charged me for a whole month's rent after moving the rest of my stuff out for 20 mins on the 1st of the month. Customer service was nice and sent an "issue" in for me but it got rejected. I get that you have policies and terms on the lease, but you have to be willing to work with people and put yourself in their shoes.
Few other issues but yeah I wouldn't recommend them.
Terri did a wonderful job of getting me checked in with no hassle! The space looks secure and is plenty big for my needs.
The place is always clean, and we'll keep. The staff is friendly and helpful. I also feel good about it's location and the security they have in place.

This place allowed thier employee to cancel my reservation for a lower price and sign me up at a higher price when they knew i had to move in that day. With the promise it would get fixed and the move in specials honored i moved in. But a year and a half later my unit is about to go to auction because they over xharged me every month for 15months. I tried talking to customer server a area trainer and manager and the owner all who refused to see they were in breach of contract and all i wanted was just my property out of the unit. But instead they will now see me in small claims court and have to pay for all the property in the unit, money overpayed plus interest and pain and suffering from losing important and sentimental items in the unit..... they could have avoided this but chose to be greedy and selfish. Dont rent here. The units are not secure you can climb to the top of your unit and crawl through the roof into adjoining units. So other ppl can steal your stuff. And if you lose your key....20 bucks for a new 3 dollar tumbler lock. And you can only access your stuff from 9am to 9pm and if you get locked behind the gate...its 150 buck charged to your acount for the manager to come let you out. If you know whats smart stay away from this bad business with poor business ethics.

I've been here for a while now. I have had 5 units here, I have 3 at the moment. I have always been impressed with how clean the units have been when I received them, how well maintained the facility is, and how excellent the customer service has been from the office staff. I have worked with Terri a lot during my time here and she is awesome. She goes above and beyond to help the customer, and she's very diligent at her job, not only in the office but also outside making sure the conditions of the facility are absolutely perfect. I have had a flawless experience here and I highly recommend this facility!

Don't do business here plain and simple. Our rates have literally doubled in the 3 years we have been here. Started at $72 and ended at $140. When I finally had enough we moved out of the unit into somewhere much more affordable. However, they couldn't help but rip me off one more time on the way out by charging me an entire month when I had completely moved out on the first of the month. Yeah, yeah, I'm sure it's all in their mile long contract somewhere that was the rule but give me a break. I had moved out the bulk of the unit on a Saturday (when they were closed) and finished on new years day (when they were closed) and the unit was entirely cleaned and swept by start of business on Tuesday. This means zero impact to their business and the unit could be rented out that day. My billing cycle was usually between the 3rd and the 5th of each month so I figured I was completely in the clear. Nope! Got a lovely phone call the next day letting me know that they would in fact be ripping me off and that they wouldn't prorate the charges at all. I pled my case and apologized for the misunderstanding but it was no use. Ripping people off is just a part of their business model even after paying my bills on time and without issue for 3 years and thoroughly cleaning the unit when I was done. So do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere unless you support poor business practices.

Had to leave a star but wanted no stars !! These people are so heartless I have made communication with the manager Terry there and told her I works be in to satisfy my account that was past due to please not sell it I have everything of my dad that has passed and children stuff. Mind you I just had got done paying them 567.0p so I didn't lose my stuff prior. I had been with the. Over a year and honestly go to PINK DOOR STORAGE THERE very understanding and wont be so hurtful and heartless

She's professional and goes above and beyond including contacting other locations on the spot for me! She's great at returning calls an calling with any issues she sees as well! We came with questions and not really knowing pricing or what to expect but Terri was absolutely amazing. She asked questions about our needs and listened to what we were hoping to accomplish. We ended up getting exactly what we needed and more. The pricing was awesome and the Terri runs a tight ship. Everything was clean and felt very safe and very well explained. I would absolutely recommend this this storage center. If I’m being honest, I’m kinda kicking myself for not doing it sooner.

If you’re thinking on moving on a Saturday I definitely not recommend these storage units. I rented a 10x5 unit they gave me a 6x4. I am calling no body answers and no solution is given by costumer service. It’s a Saturday morning and nobody is there even tho on google is supposed to be open till 5. Even worst they won’t give you a solution.
The whole experience has been great! The customer service Rep was so helpful in every way. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else, the storage spaces are convenient and it's nice having a unit inside. They have carts for you to load your things on and there's A/C and super clean units.

She gauged my needs, took me around to different units, answered all of my questions, and made the process super simple. Definitely a great experience. Looking forward to storing my stuff here.
UPDATE: After being here for almost a year, this has continued to be a 5-star experience. I checked out yesterday. The process was super easy. Terri was super flexible with me on timing of my final walk through. They didn’t nickel and dime me on my way out the door like a lot of companies do. It was honestly both surprising and REALLY refreshing.
Overall this was an excellent experience all around, the entire time I was there. I would recommend public storage (or at least this location) to anyone.

They are the worst I've ever used. I regret choosing to store here. Any time I pay extra or pay early for my unit, the next month they increase my rent by $60. They've done this to me several times. I don't think it is the store managers fault. It's how the system is programmed. If you choose to store here like I have unfortunately for the past 4 years whatever you do don't pay even 1 day before the due date or pay 2 months at a time. You'll be punished. If I didn't have sentimental items in my unit I would have let the unit go a long time ago. I have used many storage facilities. Public Storage is very greedy. And the worst one I've ever used the past 30 years.

The check in was very easy and seamless. We had easy access to the unit during the day and there were always carts. The unit, hallways, elevators, etc… are very clean and a great temperature. The facility was never buys when we went. The only thing to remember is that the gates close at 9 which means you can’t get in or out, so plan accordingly. Checkout was east as well.
The Property Manager, Terri is terrific! She keeps everything so clean and she’s always available to help! Give her a raise!!!!

Terri has been the most phenomenal manager to work with!! From the very first time she called me to welcome me as a renter to our call today as I'm finalizing my last month, she has been professional, kind, and such a good human. She has a heart of gold and so much compassion for a 'stranger' (I don't feel like a stranger to her!). She has restored my faith in humanity with her kindness and thoughtfulness. I wholeheartedly endorse this location for many reasons (cleanliness, location, etc.), but mostly because of the manager: a sweet, southern lady named Terri.

Terri did a wonderful job at making me comfortable getting my first unit ever. She helped me figure out the size of the unit and any extra packing materials that I needed. She helped me set up auto payment and download the app for any additional needs.

Good luck finding them there when they advertise. I've chosen to pay in person as my first experience convinced me they weren't trustworthy so I don't want to give them my personal financial information.You'll never know when they take a lunch break. I've been there in the morning a half hour after opening time and no one is there. I've written a complaint but the manager is only interested in excuses. I went there today to pay for this month and while their web site says they are open, they aren't. I've left a message with the district manager and we'll see. Addendum: Nothing has changed in the past year. In addition if I want to pay by phone, they charge an additional $10.00.
