Nate was very helpful with our issues and resolved it quickly. Earlier today we had a heart attack with our rental property and realized we had to move out quickly. Then decided to move to Public Storage over here a Orem. We were very stressed and rushed into renting a unit. Nate answered and resolved our issues so quickly and professionally we HAVE to come back here and tell our friends about this awesome staff and great upkeep and professional behavior.

Prior to August 1,2024. I would have given this place a 5 star. However, greed has overcome this business to the extent of more than double the monthly fee. Seriously!! 200.00 month for a 10x10. We witnessed many other just like us getting out.

Excellent experience! Lindsey helped us and she was fantastic! Lindsey was friendly, helpful, and kind. Even in 100 degree weather she walked around with us and answered all our questions. Thanks! The storage units are very nice and well priced.

Eh - they’ve increased our rate from $100 to $150 in about a year. We also pay for an interior “temp controlled” unit but it has regularly been 80-85+ degrees in there with the AC not even on… this is before it even hit 100 here in Orem. Probably another tactic to prevent people from wanting to move their stuff because it’s so hot.

If you need a storage unit Dustin is the one to see. The facility and units were clean and getting everything set up was a breeze.

Shopping for a storage unit is never exciting we all know. But, when I walked into public storage in vineyard I was met by a pleasant face in the front desk employee. Lindsey helped assist me in which size unit I would need as well as options of climate controlled and access per availability. As it was I luckily didn't need a unit but if ever a time when I do public storage and their inviting and helpful employee,Lindsey, will be my choice

Rented a unit. Showed up next day and the gate code they sent didn’t work. Nobody was in the office and I couldn’t get in contact with the manager. Terrible experience. Would not recommend

The gate never worked with the app, the gate was broken the day I moved and not any other entry options. I had to come back the next day and when I finally finished the office was closed. Tried to close my unit for two weeks while they just ignored my phone call and messages. They have a pay on the 1st policy with no refunds for months paid. I paid for a whole month for just two days! Please go somewhere else, this is not the place.

Margaret was amazing! So I used to work for another storage company. I know what the system was like and could’ve been like, what the units could’ve been like, what her job kind of is, and how the experience could’ve been. Let me tell you that she surpassed every idea that I’ve had about storage unit places and employees - and this experience was actually wonderful - easily the best part of my move! This is my first time renting a storage unit and I was a little lost as to how everything works. Margaret made the experience super easy and was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent customer service!

***Edit to add: The company is full of liars and unknown fees! Got a phone call because the review that I left. Was given a number to speak to Shelby directly if I ever had problems again. Told me to save the number she called from in my phone under her name and it was just the customer service life for Public storage. My storage unit that is $129 a month, now has a bill of almost $260 because of fees that are not explained on the website and ther person I reached on the phone could not tell me what they were either. I would not recommend this storage unit to my worst enemy. TERRIBLE!! Quite possibly the worst transition in changing from one company to another. First they send out sketchy text messages with weird links. And then wait almost a full month to actually call you (on a Sunday by the way). And when I explained my concerns about payment dates over the phone back in February, she assured me that there wouldn’t be an issues. Never stating that my payment date would change. Now wanting to overcharge me for my unit because of their very poor communication. I didn’t love Extra Space storage… but at least they were transparent about payments. I’m frustrated to say the least. I would not recommend Public storage to anyone. Will be moving my stuff out as soon as I am able. Which is not an easy task as I am a single mom without the mode of transportation to move all the contents of my unit. I’ve also moved and live over an hour away. Very disappointed in the girl that runs this location. She’s not great at communicating. Because when I talked to her in February she assured me I wouldn’t have any problems and now struggles reading over the billing issues with me.

It's a fine storage company. The people are very friendly. However, ending the contract was kinda confusing because I received conflicting information from emails vs what I was told. There were no problems, but I wish the communication was clearer.

This facility is definitely a place, for a secure and clean storage location. The staff was able to accommodate all my needs and are even able to accommodate specific requests and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this storage facility!!
