Great and fast service from Erica and Kim!
So, I've had my unit for over 3 years and originally owned by Cube Smart.. When Cube Smart owned it.. Everything wasALWAYS clean- like floors vacuumed and elevator walls were clean and no bugs and they kept it at decent temperature too. Then public storage bought it and customers were not notified prior because I would have removed my items. Since Public Storage the monthly payment has almost tripled, the floors, doors and elevator are always dirty and gross. Spider webs and bugs everywhere. No longer climate control. Elevator and doors are broken often as well!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to use public storage units!! I pay over $200/mo for a 1 bedroom unit!!!

Terrible customer service, they do not care for their customers belongings or helping in any way. DO NOT rent a space here. My storage until was water damaged and have had no communication on how that was possible. Have had zero communication on reimbursement.
High heat and humidity inside of their “climate controlled” units. Personal belongings covered in mold/mildew. Spoken with management several times, advised that 80 degrees is policy, and humidity is not their concern. Was told that I need to purchase,from them or provide my own “damp rid” products to eliminate the mold problem.
Tried to reach out to divisional/regional management, they will not answer.
Worst storage facility around!!! Don’t use if you value your property
I’ve been at this location for years and I love the convenience. The staff has been super helpful, particularly Taylor, at notifying me when a unit becomes available. Will continue to rent from here for years to come.
Taylor was a sweetheart. She was empathetic to the issue i had and was informative on future reference items. Noah was polite and thorough with the customer on the phone I overheard him with. What a great duo!
Absolutely awesome place to get storage. Best prices in the area, and Taylor is amazing. She friendly and professional, and made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need storage.
Taylor is the best she was able to answer all my questions and get me the info i needed when checking around for future storage.
Overall, we are liking our experience so far with Public Storage. There are two things I think need improvement. They definitely need more carts. I think there's only 3 at their large 3-story building. On a weekend, there's many people there and not enough carts to go around. It can be quite frustrating.
Another thing is their issues with the Keypad. Don't bother try using your app to unlock the gate. You instead have to punch in a long code. I've been on standby in line with people in front of me having issues with getting in and out. And yesterday I encountered a poor old lady whose code didn't work at all. And there wasn't anyone at the front office to help (business hours!).
Public Storage is terrific. My storage unit when I moved in was clean and in great condition. The monthly rent is reasonable. I feel safe when I’m at my unit. And Taylor who works there, is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend using Public Storage. A++++
Deanee was very helpful when I called to ask about pricing and sizes of units. When i came to the location she showed me the different sizes in person. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

For those of you looking to rent a storage facility renter BEWARE, About a year ago. Public Storage bought out CubeSmart and have now issued a corporate mandate to set the temperature at 82°. My facility has sensitive electronic equipment in it and is affected by high humidity. 82° is not air conditioned space so before you make the commitment ask the question and get it in writing it is impossible to talk to some body there are so many layers of voice messages and when you do get a customer service rep, they are not able to help.

The worst. Can’t get the same person/manager, no one calls back. My daughter, who is dying of cancer, had the wrong date for auction given to her, and it was all sold. Everything she owns for her, her son, and myself. Work clothes. TVs, her whole life. Photos. Then auctioned it and charged her anyway.
They sold off my unit in December of 2023 when I was one month and three weeks late on payment. I received no notification. Everything of mine and my deceased mother was in that unit. Now I only have my mother’s ashes and clothes to my name. If you have any information or insight please respond and I will reach out.
Taylor is very courteous, fast and happy. She is a joy to work with! The location is very nice, and there is plenty of parking, including a ramp. They have great quality products. This is an excellent store. Keep up the good work.

She took care of my storage unit issues by not only informing me about my space but also other spaces I can transfer to for cheaper rates. She’s awesome. She really goes above and beyond to meet your needs.

Both elevators are broken again at this location. This is a continual issue here. There is nothing more frustrating than paying $200 a month for an ac storage and you are told to walk up three flights of stairs. Well, we can’t.
We will just hold our payment on the unit until we can have appropriate access. I suggest everyone else do the same to encourage the management here to get this place in working order.
Gale was very helpful in explaining the renting procedures. She showed us the 2 different sizes we were interested in and helped us decide She found a unit for us that was close to the elevator She was courteous, polite and respectful. Peyton was very helpful in installing and setting up the app. Highly recommend.

Great, clean, unit. Staff did a really good job on upkeep around the facility. Only minor thing was the door not working on one side the entire few months we rented so sometimes it got really congested with people and cars trying to use one side of the facility to get in and out of their units. Friendly staff in a really nice area. Move in was a breeze and so was move out. Would definitely use again in the future and reccomend to anyone in need. Thanks, CubeSmart!

The facility is very nice and easy to use. BUT, one of the two main doors into the facility has been broken for at least nine months. We have repeatedly asked when it will be repaired and the answer has always been “parts on back order”.
This has made it difficult to access our cube a number of times.
The store manager is rude and unhelpful. No matter how many times you call there is no response. I’m fed up and will be canceling my lease agreement as soon as I can get in contact with literally anyone.
Update: It's clean, secure, temperature controlled and they play good music on the sound system!
So far, so good! Just rented. Haven't moved in yet.
Rude employees, raised my rent without any notice
Would give this place zero stars if i could. First off we got there, and there were so many people trying to unload through one door. Turns out the other door was broken. So, we tried to go through one of the smaller doors which brings a very rude employ literally snapping at us with her fingers, and barking at us to get our attention. She then tells us so rudely we have to use the other door. We go back to the only door, and it takes forever to get your turn in to bring your stuff. Then we get to the elevator which shuts down every time you try to hold it to bring your stuff in. Which another rude employ tells us that you can’t hold the door. (Haven’t you ever heard hold the door?) My brother was stuck in the elevator for 5 mins, and the employ had the nerve to blame it on him.
Long story short we will be moving our stuff out of here asap.
CUBESMART is the BEST! Everything was so easy and stress free in booking our unit during a hectic moving time. Loved the set-up and the flooring in the hallways and the music made it an overall great experience at the end of a long moving day! The property is super clean as well!

Management was professional and helpful. Unit was clean and everything was new and well maintained. The lot appears to be very secure with Cameras, fences, and a code lock gate. The unit size I chose was perfect for my needs. I recommend booking the unit online, but also visiting in person to get an idea of the dimensions. I definitely recommend this place and don't regret it at all.
The facility is pristine clean. The Staff, Oliver & Toni, are awesome. Always taking care of the needs we have.

When I check my storage, there’s no traffic in the building where it was. Peace and quiet and I liked the location of A023. Also the place is always clean. But I really wished that there was a bathroom in the place that my storage was at. I wouldn’t go to any other Cubesmart location but at College Park Dr. In The Woodlands. I love the location of Cubesmart there and I love The Woodlands. Thank you for the easiness getting in and out of there. Keep doing a great job. If ever I come back, I will still go to this location! Had 2 storages there.
I enjoyed moving in here initially back in July. I had an issue with my autopay which I got fixed. But have received a letter in the mail that my storage rent is going up $40 dollars with no notice.
The manager was very rude to me. Sadly I will be looking elsewhere to find a storage unit which means more stress added that I did not need. Thank you Cubesmart.

I have called the store and called 1800 customer service number nobody will answer or help me.
I am now having to get a rental truck and find a new storage unit. I was given a notice right after this billing cycle started of the increase very unprofessional.
I was happy. The spot is good.
Everything was good. Worker was very kindly.

Constant price increases - poor contact with store and especially regional managers to ascertain the reason for the yearly price increases. Wouldn’t do business with them again - had a total of 3 units after a move with them at one point. When they tell you they may have “occasional” price increases for whatever BS reasons, they mean yearly if your dumb enough like us not to get your belongings out quickly…
Everything was great except the hours and price.
Oliver and Toni were the friendliest and helpful people to work with. Always had the answer to our questions and or problems. Never had any problem with them, but with my own cargo and they would help solve it. I've had to drive a few extra miles to use this CubeSmart, but it was worth it. When we have some overflow in the future, we will certainly go back to use them! We will certainly recommend them in the future.
