I am revising my rating for ONE REASON ONLY. That reason is Steve. We met him this past weekend while we were at our unit. Steve is a very kind, caring and personable person. The 1 star review I had was dead on; but it only affects the front line employees such as Steve. The reviews really do not affect Public Storage as a whole. I have come to realize that the people above store level just do not care. So with this being said, thank you to Steve for caring.

We have been using this storage since July of 2023 (CubeSmart). We started @ $118 including the insurance. Went up in February and then again now. Right now, paying $171 with insurance and now we get a notice that next month it goes up to $210. What the hell people! We were at Public Storage and moved to Cube Smart because PS kept raising the rent prices. We moved and 6 months later it became a Public Storage - the very place we were trying to get away from. This is total crap!!!!

I made a reservation online and received a call from Steve. He answered all of my questions and was very nice and patient with me. I showed up to view the unit to make sure it would work for me and again, Steve was very polite and helpful. Interacting with him alone made me want to give Public Storage my business, but the units are very nice and I like that the property is gated with easy access using their app. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone needing storage space.

Steve was so nice and helpful! We’re trying to transition from a storage facility to some place closer and more affordable so we were looking to see a smaller unit and just get general information. He went above and beyond with helping us and happily answered all our questions! That alone was enough to close the deal! The facility was nice and clean with elevators and a/c controlled units with multiple floors which is what we were looking for. 5 stars hands down!

I chose this company because they offer a military discount, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The front office staff, particularly Jennifer, is not very customer service friendly. She is often not at the front desk when help is needed, and when she is, she mentions that she has five more minutes left on her lunch break. This lack of availability and assistance has been highly frustrating.
It took me four days to finally get access to my unit. Each time I requested access, Jennifer would tell me it’s available through the app. However, due to an app update, I couldn’t access it, and she needed to contact someone else to resolve the issue. This delay and lack of support have been very disappointing.
I don’t like giving bad reviews, but the poor customer service and inconvenience I’ve experienced have led me to this point. Now
, I just want a refund.

I've never leasd storage before but Nathalie really made the whole process very easy. I was impressed too with how clean the place was and just how friendly the atmosphere was.
I love this place. So clean and easy! But Steve took it to the next level. He took the initiative to see us struggling on the camera, walk all the way out and direct us to the easiest entry. Just rented very easy
I do not rent a unit. I was there helping my brother in law move some items. The units seem to be clean and climate controlled. As we opened his unit, we were hit with a bad odor. As we began moving through the storage, we noticed rat droppings everywhere. I did not see any rats nor I did not check any other units. But the evidence I saw led me to believe that this was not the work of 1 rogue rat. My brother in law may have to do a full clean out and get rid of some contaminated items.

I was able to get in easily. I like the combination cube number\phone number passcode and the lock inside that looked like a gift. I was impressed and felt like I was being treated in a special way. Also the manager called to insure that everything was okay. Hadn't had this kind of service in a long time. In my opinion, you have set the bar for any future storage needs. Even the people helping with the move were impressed. Clean, bright areas with dollies at the door. Couldn't ask for anything else.
I always appreciate the convenience of finding a suitable unit online, the courtesy staff and ease when moving out. If the need arises, I know where to go first!

Office manager Karma is great. But the company itself is raising rates at an unreasonable rate; at least they did to me. I had a locked down price but once that expired they raised it 10 dollars then in another couple of months they did it again, then again. Then without warning the very following month they went from raising it 10.00 at a time to a 30.00 dollar increase.
Shopping for a new place I found my same unit size for just a little cheaper than what I was paying before the 30 dollar jump at cubesmart. The facility is just as nice and I'm happy to be saving money.

Pricing is fair, the staff is always helpful and very friendly. The storage units are very nice, everything is updated and well taken care of. They always have 4 wheel dollies available (all in great condition) at both entrances and the entire building is always clean. They have a good security system and I feel that my belongings are in a safe place with them. I would definitely recommend this location!
