Mrs. Sandra is an absolute blessing! I have been with this storage facility for over 2 years and she has done everything she can to help me. They go above and beyond to make sure you're informed and taken care of. I encourage anyone looking for a unit to come an talk to her you won't regret it!

This facility is the worst! Absolute worst. Do not rent from them, especially if you get assigned to the C building. The door locks NEVER work, you can't get into the unit unless the door is propped open or someone is on site who might can pry it open. I finally moved out of that unit into an outside unit because I got tired of renting a unit I could not access when I needed to. On August 26th, I rented another unit online and went to go start putting my stuff in there on August 27th. GUESS WHAT, IT WAS A C UNIT AND I COULD NOT ENTER THE BUILDING!! I immediately cancelled the unit because I could not get in the building to start the process. To date, September 29th, they have not refunded me what I was charged. I NEVER GOT TO TOUCH A LOCK BUT THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR USING IT. The 29.00 admin fee is non refundable and they can't control when a check will be mailed to me. Although I was charged $77, they only intend to refund me, $29. It is ridiculous. I let everyone I know, do not rent from this facility. They are very unprofessional.
I'm really not sure how this place got good reviews. From day one it was a horrible experience. I've been to alot of public storages and never had one like this. After 2 days of being there our unit was filled with ants , we could never get a hold of the manager. I had several people come up to us asking if anyone worked there and tell us they can never get a hold of her (during office hours). The door that goes to the inside units has been literally hanging on by the door stopper for weeks now . Everything I load something I feel it's going to fall. The last week we were moving and were literally 2 minutes getting out maybe 2 times and the last day we came to get our stuff our access had been locked. We were told by customer service it was because management couldn't reach us. That's hilarious. Noone called us or left a message or emailed us. We even paid early for the next month and we aren't even going to be there. Where does it say that if you are late leaving 2 or more times they lock your access . Best believe I was getting my stuff one way or another especially since we paid in advance. I will never go to a public storage again. Horrible

Told that get the same discount and price on a storage unit regardless of what one I took whether it be inside or outside unit that wasn't the case even received a phone call from a young lady yesterday stating that I would get the same rate on either unit didn't happen it's kind of disappointed but got my unit got my stuff in it everything's good hope for a better experience next time
Do not rent here. Straight up robbery. They changed my rates without notifying me. From $150 to $207.

One of the best public storage locations in the Houston area! The store inside and out are superbly clean and organized. Sandra is an outstanding property manager and goes well above and beyond her job duties to make sure her customers have everything they need. Sandra takes care of all of her customers the right way, every time and anyone should rent from her when they need a storage unit or moving supplies.
