Started renting in Nov 2022 at a rate of $133/m. My rate was bumped $50 to $182/m on April 2023, then another rate bump up to $211/m on January 2024! And just last week, I got an email stating my rate will be going to $265 on Oct 2024!! So in 2 years, my rate will have gone up $132 a month! Ridiculous. I canceled my unit today and moving out.

I rented a storage unit about a month ago and Ms.Luann helped me out she was very welcoming and helpful even tho her WiFi was down the day I came she tried everything in her power to help me out and we got every situated she’s very kind also walked me thru opening and closing my storage
Ms. LuAnn was an absolute blessing! I was in need of a storage space ASAP and she walked me through all the steps and helped me find the perfect space for my things. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a storage unit before. This location in general is very neat and clean compared to others. Definitely feel comfortable in storing my things here.

LuAnn is such a sweet heart. From the very beginning of our experience, to selling us boxes was a top notch service. We decided to get one unit. My wife went online to reserve it and apparently my wife had gone to the wrong location. So when some friends and I were loaded with our stuff ready to go inside, the key pad didn’t work. So I went inside and talk to LuAnn again and she did everything in her power and made sure we could go ahead and enter the storage and start unloading. I could share a lot more details, but it will be a long review. Just know that LuAnn is the bomb and she deserves a mega raise 😀

First was mislead to the size of doorway on the units and had to up size just to get a doorway large enough. None of the units have access to electric which is needed for our special storage needs another sales misleading. Add to that paying for security and so far haven't gotten much. The gates have been broken since I started using the location. One day The electric was messed up and the door to the climate controlled units were standing open. Not sure will stay here.

Very clean and well-maintained facility but they will jack up your rates frequently. I started out paying $97 for a unit and two years later I'm paying $224 for the same thing. They know the hassle and expense of moving to a new facility, so they slowly but regularly increase your rates knowing you probably won't jump ship.

We had a great experience opening an account with public storage, Maxine was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to take care of us.
In just 15 month period, rent was increased 3 times. Many of times, one of the gates would not be operational. More annoying was fact that no one was present in the office - during working hours - on several occasions when I tried to stop by and ask questions or needed assistance. The last straw was when I stopped by recently to move a heavy piece of equipment into my unit and could find not one dolly on the entire property. Of course, the lobby door was locked, but I was able to reach a manager via telephone call. She informed me that all of the moving dollies/carts had been stolen and that it'd be sometime before new ones would arrive. I moved out the next week and will never go back to Public Storage. Found a nice little "mom and pop" storage around the corner that has plenty of carts, always has staff in the office and that is half the price I was paying at Public Storage.

I love this place. I feel my things are well guarded and secure. Tracy, who is the staff member who accommodated me with my unit, terms and lock, was extremely friendly and very helpful. She went beyond her job description to make sure I had what I needed. I would definitely recommend Public Storage, the Old Holzworth location and ask for Tracy.

as far as self storage facilities go, this is one of the better ones I've been to. It seem pretty secure and the storage is ventilated. but what makes it stand out is the terminals, you need to use your specific code to open the gate to leave and enter.
Had personal issues with IT lol. But Tracy helped me out and was very patient and helpful. Don’t know what I would have done with out her. Great customer service. Above and beyond

We were trying to deliver a machine to a new location and realized it wouldn't fit through the door, so we needed a place to stash it until a new location could be found. I knew there would be a good Public Storage facility nearby and that it would be clean and well-maintained, and this facility was the one we went to. Tracey immediately understood the situation and helped me set up a storage space quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We had the machine in storage and were back to other tasks in no time.

Other than a break in where nothing was stolen from us. I had no issues with this company or this location. However, when we cleared out our units on the 2nd of the month we were told by a very courteous representative on the phone that their policy is to go ahead and charge for the entire month instead of the usual prorated amount others charge. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
