The loading and unloading areas in the facility are out of whack, I would definitely check out the property before you rent a unit from here. You will understand why when you see it.

From the day I moved my stuff in, Ms. Maryann has been a joy! She is fun to chat with and extremely nice and such a good spirit. The last storage unit from my last move was a U-Haul storage and they were rude, Im glad I chose this location.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Rented a unit from here, was given unit A508. Problem is, the A building only goes up to around 148 or so. There is no, as far as we can tell, unit 508 under any letter.
Attempts to contact the facility fall flat, with them only returning calls after several days.
And good luck finding anyone in the office, even during posted business hours.
Honestly, go to the other location down the road, they're MUCH better.

All my furniture was ruined…because I moved out of state I hadn’t been there in a few months But rats had got into my furniture my mattresses were torn my couches the boxes I had in there. I basically paid for my stuff to get ruined

I cannot say this LOUD enough. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS AT THIS LOCATION!!!! It will be destroyed by their RAT infestation! Not kidding. I'm not talking about a few rats I'm talking hundreds if not THOUSANDS! The management and corporate are very aware of this problem and are doing very little about it. The rats literally chewed the components out of my washing machine, dryer, and a brand new refrigerator. They Devoured every thing I had in there in 9 months. Their insurance they force you to buy only pays $200 dollars for damages. If you don't care about your belongings then by all means use this facility. Just remember you were warned ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I would like to share a great story about my experience here. I booked a unit, last minute, about an hour before the facility was set to close. Considering that the website said to allow at least 30 minutes of time prior to close to get a unit and I was very close by, I decided to come. When I got there however, the office was actually closed and locked. I called customer support and when they got back on the line they informed me that the office would not reopen until tomorrow, due to some low staff issues. I was a little bit annoyed, but just as I was about to drive away, and employee, who ends up being the manager, pulls in and parks. At this time it is just 3 minutes until 6:00 p.m. when the store closes. I asked her if maybe she would still be able to help me out even though the store was about to close. Without hesitation, she said of course. She quickly unlocked the door invited me inside, and began to work. Although she explained that she had to move fast because she had to pick up her child from daycare. She moved quickly, but never once seemed bothered or annoyed by staying late or possibly getting some dirty looks or snide comments at the daycare (anyone who is a parent knows exactly what that is like), even when I asked a few questions. I paid with cash, and she made change. Practically speaking, I have not been treated this well by an employee of any store in quite some time. It is absolutely rare to find, in this day and age, and person who not just cares about the customer but is willing to show that they do. Her name is Allison, and she was wonderful!
