Okay so this insane but the elevators don’t work. One is out of commission and the other the buttons don’t work it’s been issues like this for months. And today was my final straw. Seeing my wife’s anxiety kick up was not good. I confronted the manager or employee about this and the issues we been having. And yet they continue to raise the rent on this why? Fix the issues before you deep in our pockets. After a detour from so customer that wanted it to be about her and only her. Curtis was able to help out with keeping the rent from raising up. Also a 50 dollar credit for the inconvenience of the elevators and no push carts. But still not well be looking for other storages. The elevator and the crazy lady just made me feel like it’s not worth the trouble

My unit was broken into along with others and they had zero footage of it happening. This facility is NOT secure.

I went in this morning to talk to someone about renting a unit, and I'm super glad I went in person instead of looking online, Crystal helped me and was so knowledgeable about everything, even things I didn't think of, my husband and I will definitely be renting a unit from this young lady!
Beware that they do up your rate at anytime. Without any phone call. Only email notification. In less than a year my rent has gone up $60 a month. The crazy part is I have rented here before and my rate never went up. Granted it’s a nice place storage wise. I just don’t recommend if you’re living on a budget because it could change at any moment. Make sure you read the paperwork thoroughly .

Look, I really like PS. But face up the truth, you go to all these places and there's never anybody there. I drove to five different places to pay my rent. Finally got helped over at the 35 and WW White Rd. place. 6 months later, same thing, 5 places this time. Finally the place across from where I storage on Sun Ave. I was able to pay my rent. He told me about the kiosk at my place. I don't have a credit card, been paying cash for years. But now there is never anyone to give my money too. At least now I can pay the machine.

Love this place! Definitely an upgrade from the current storage location we had moved from. I love the gate access codes, we’re able to get to our storage at any time now between 6am and 9pm. Location is amazing.
Liz the property manager is AMAZING AND SO FRIENDLY!! As she was doing walkthroughs for the facility she made sure to ask us if we needed anything and made sure we were pleased with our new storage unit. Definitely making us feel comfortable and our storage unit safe. Definitely recommend

Do NOT buy "Managers Special" units on Auction. I paid for mine just to find out there was 2 nasty old mattresses inside. Oh and a nasty comforter.
Property is clean. She discounted fee for lock easily because I already had one.
Lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the process super smooth.

@ 9106 Ingram Road, Dawn was exceptionally professional. I wouldn't think for a moment the service could be any better than it was. Caring and accommodating like Christ. My scope of vision could not I repeat could not sense the limitations of Public Storage. Defended and guarded the brand name like a heroic warrior. I wouldn't mind saluting the nobility and dedication of Dawn @ 9106 Ingram road.
They were just great in service and helping with the app .. manager Liz was amazing and showed me grounds . Alsome service.. she helped with the app today, great property manager.

BROKEN INTO…
We only had our stuff at this place for two weeks. This morning, my boyfriend got an email saying that he’s move out. So we decided to go down there and someone had broken into the storage. Took all of our stuff. Only left a foldable table. The staff didn’t even notified us or anything…. They said they do daily checks and saw that the storage was a little open… the guy at the office said that everyone had a schedule move out day but us. No one else’s got broken into but our unit. Had to file a police report.
Also, NO CAMERAS at all. Just one upfront.

The older lady is really nice and helpful but today some girl calls me telling me i need to go put a lock and i politely let her know im at work and ask if my husband could go she says no it has to be u and that i need to go now cause shes leaving for the day and if i dont go now i have to wait till next week mind u its 1030 am i say ok ill try to go and she says fine rudely well i let my boss know i haveno choice to go and so i go i did have debit card on me and picture of id but i forgot my id cause im trying to hurry as i need to be able to get in storage well i get my id and shes gone and when i was there she was very rude i swear if im ever able to get into storage im finding elsewhere cause thanks to her i cant get into my storage when its paid but also i lost my job cause of her
This place constantly gets broken into I moved my items only had them here 1 month
Horrible place to store belongings. Burglarized 3 times and multiple robbery attempts. Only 1 camera by the gate. Rat/mice traps outside of units. When I moved out lots of rat/mice dropping on my belongings. When burglarized was not notified right away.
No security cameras units keep getting broken into even with keyed entry. DO NOT MOVE YOUR STUFF HERE UNLESS U WANT IT STOLEN & VANDALIZED.
Not safe to keep valuable stuff at unless you want your stuff stolen and broken into and there is no cameras around the storage only in the front
Dawn was was not very help when my storage was broken into. They refused to help take pictures or call the police. It all seemed very suspicious that my unit was targeted. There were not any video cameras, the front gate is frequently broken. I have rented a small storage unit for 20 year and have never experienced anything like this. They were very dismissive of the the break in.

I have my unit at Public Storage at Northwest Loop San Antonio Texas 22016 They increased my monthly rental from $200.00 to $269.00 in a 10 X 20 space . I started the business with Public Storage last January 2022, after 6 months , they increase the rentals almost $70.00
They were saying that According to the contract, they can be able to increase the rentals anytime with further notice,
I understand that, but increasing the rental rate by 34.5 % in 6 moths time is really over the board ..
Hope every business is fair because nowadays, budget is really tough in so many sense.. we have a life to live accordingly especially on budget..
