MOLD EVERYWHERE !! I stored my belongings at Public Storage and not even two months in, I was shocked to find everything covered in mold. Unfortunately, my insurance claim was denied because I couldn’t prove there was water damage, despite the clear signs of moisture that caused mold on every item. The facility and the insurance provider have refused to take any responsibility, leaving me with $8,000 in damages. I also reached out to their dispute email with no response, and every time I tried to contact support through their online chat, there was never an available agent. The only solution offered by the manager was to store our belongings in a different unit. By the way, a whole portion of the first floor is covered in mold. I would strongly advise against using this facility if you value your possessions, as they don't appear to offer any support or accountability when their units fail to protect your property.

I love the sizes offered, the climate control, and cleanliness of the facility. My only complaint is there are no restrooms (that I've found) and office is always closed.

Joaquin is awesome and extremely helpful. We have several units in this facility. It's new, very clean, easy to navigate, and there are always available carts. My one issue is that while we were informed that it is kept in the range of the industry's climate control standard, it is miserably hot in there. Stuffy and humid as well. If you have work to do in there (organizing, moving things around, moving in or out, etc) take PLENTY of water. (There is a water fountain, but having ice-cold water in an insulated container is helpful.) We do plan to put an indoor thermometer to keep tabs on the temperature in there. I *highly* recommend putting silica gel packs in your fabric items/furniture, and include a damp rid bucket. I worry about our more delicate items in the long term. Otherwise, we do like the facility and love how helpful Joaquin is!

Joaquin was super friendly, informative, and made the process of getting a storage unit a complete breeze!!! These are brand new units and climate control. We are so glad we locked down a unit!!! And are also getting my parents to switch to this unit as well.

This place exceeded my expectations. From the online reservation, location, price and management. Everything has been excellent from start to finish. The place is extremely clean, spacious and well lit. They have carts and a hand truck too. The manager Joaquin was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Joaquin!
