Edit: Update! I did finally rent the unit, and Adriana was the one to help me today and she was wonderful! She made sure to walk me through how the lock worked, and how to find the unit, etc. She didn't rush me and went over everything I might need to know, and where to park, etc. She was very helpful, even answered questions over the phone later when I called. I stopped by and visited this unit because I was considering it. The manager was out cleaning the windows and they were maintaining the facility grounds and it is a very nice place to lease from. I'm still in the process of determining where I'm going to store my items but public storage unit for the inside for some of my more valuable items is definitely at the top of my list and the management staff here are awesome. I highly recommend anyone considering a storage unit to consider this public storage.

After a bit under 5 months they still continue to surprise me with how much they attempt to assist their customers. Adriana, thank you for your patience, generosity, and transparent humanity. U-haul’s location on Nacogdoches Road accepted my card for reservations, but would not hit credit to rent a pickup truck because it isn’t allowed for a bank card that says debit. 🤬 lol since I have receipts using that same card from when I moved in April using the San Pedro location 😘.

There are no carts available for use, and when you do find a cart the other customers will try to strong arm you out of it or rush you when you load and unload you belongings regardless of if you have a handicap or not. I was literally in a cast, and she stood there and badgered me saying I'm being selfish for taking my time choosing what I'll load into my car when I just moved back to Texas after being gone for a year and not having a lot of room in my car for things.
