Staff is difficult to get ahold of and the dollies that are supposed to be available never are. The staff informed me that I could look for them myself. Needless to say but I’m unimpressed.

OJ was so helpful, I thought for sure he worked on comission, but he doesn’t. He helped me lease , was honest and looked up other options given my situation. When I ran into him looking for my unit ( after renting from kiosk) instead of letting me wonder he took me to my unit and made sure my lock worked. Since it did not work , he went to get his tools to secure my unit. I like that he informed me of the app to make my life more convenient when accessing the property, transferring, or managing my rental. THANK YOU OJ for all you do to keep this ship sailing.
I moved out of the unit and informed the office. I moved out on the 3rd of December but was told I would have to pay the full month anyway.
Frustrated at the injustice, I cut my losses and moved on. Then, today I get an email that my January payment has auto-drafted, despite the fact I moved out a month ago!
I guess the guy at the office never actually moved me out. After hours on hold on the phone, I was eventually told that I would have to print documentation that I was incorrectly charged and take it IN PERSON back to the premises I had already vacated.
Worst company ever. Nothing but bad experiences. In the few years we were there, the amount we were charged per month more than doubled.
Poorly run with zero customer service. Office is empty most of the time too.
Would have gotten a 5 but when they close at 9, they close at 9. Employee should have cleared the area before powering down the elevators. Had 3 chairs to put in my unit but had to come back the next day. Would have taken 5 minutes.
What can I say about this place well it has good food but they need some better wait staff . Someone like me who has lived in this neighborhood my whole life should get treated better ! Plus I I know a lot of people, this was the last straw !

Never has enough carts and most of the time my code doesn’t work to open the door plus this place has a terrible odor. Most of the time their doors don’t open either. Place sucks take your money somewhere else.
