I recently moved to san Antonio tx from san diego ca and been looking for a storage unit for about 3 weeks and out of all places i been by far this public storage was the best as on location, unit sizes and low prices and with the help of JENN which by the way is an awesome very charismatic person took me to check a few units and got me exactly what I was looking for then she guide me through the rental process without any doubts her experience and excellent costumer service definitely influenced me to seal the deal so in my opinion she deserves as much credit as the place itself... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE PLACE... YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!

Really convenient access to propane. They weigh it in and out to be accurate and you don't have to have tanks empty. You also don't have to exchange tanks. If you have a good tank you don't have to give it to the blue dinosaur It is usually cheaper than exchange also.

This place is a joke no one is ever in the office!!! and the number they have on the office door is an automated service and a waste of time manager needs to fix these issues

Got home to have my meal and 8 tenders were there; fries, potatoes and gravy. but no biscuits. My 8 piece tenders meal was a failure.

Went to drop off items in my unit when we arrived the automatic gate was working fine, but as we got ready to exit the premisses my husband used his mobile app which allows us to open the gate without having to enter the numbers on the keypad but it wouldn't open the gate,so I got out of my car to put in the numbers and nothing a message came back saying see manager,to make a long story short the manager was rood,my husband asked if they were able to push the gate open and she said that they are not allowed to do so. Never the less she had to push it open and let us out ,we waited at least 45 minutes for her to let us out as we were exiting the premisses I kindly said thank you, and we got a YEAH, so I replied how ugly to reply with a YEAH I continued and told the other worker the samething and got a heavy breath like if I were the one who cause it to malfunction.

Awesome customer service! Very helpful we had to move during the Snowpocalypse 2021. The property manager Gwen and the District Manager Mark were phenomenal!!!
Update: These two are trash! Mark does not care about anything our units got broken into along with 13 other units and he couldn’t care less. He wouldn’t even replace the housing where the lock goes so that we can secure the rest of our property. Do not rent here, they will not protect your property. We were not notified after the facility was burglarized twice.
So clean quiet a couple kittens in the area but not bother me only thing I don't like is the out by 9pm think or copscalled and you can't badge out it locks u in lol
I was hesitant to trust public storage again. I had a conversion with a woman named Raven. She helped me understand when I would be able to lock on a storage unit in the future as well as give me prices and availability in the near future. I still am nervous with going back to public storage, tho I can say that the staff member was one of the nicest ladies I have talk to amongst other storage places I have called. Staff members like her are what you need in a company dealing with people. Good Job.
