Not only did they explain thoroughly how the storage unit operates, the security, and taking the time to set me up with a new gate code and lock - they both also had incredible friendly customer service. I have had to move various times around Texas where I needed a storage unit, and these ladies insured I would feel safe with my items in the unit, which is why I continue to use this storage unit. Me and a friend got a couple of storage units from this company around the city. I got a monster 10x30 elsewhere, while talking with the representative Sandi here, I pointed out how much I was spending on the 10x30, even though it wasn't her location, was able to talk to the district manager to get my rate reduced. She did not have to do that. It's amazing to know there are employees out there in the world willing to help. <3

Public Storage bought Thousand Oaks Storage and immediately raised their price on my 10x10 unit from $129 to $152 . SKY HIGH!!! SO I moved up the road paying less than $100 for a 10 by 15!!!!!! So, more like public RIP OFF!!!

It was time to move on and save money. Easy access and Sandy tried her best to get me a lower rate. She was able to. But, I already had a back up plan. I love the app for public storage it is so easy to use. Thank you for the storage facilities.

Due to unfortunate circumstances have had this storage way longer than expected however Thelma from day one has made my transition a great deal easier. A few times I paid a little late and Thelma who I always reach out to is so understanding and works with me and following up at times when not needed just to make sure I never lose my stuff I am so glad she is understanding . She puts me at ease I know my belongings are safe till I get my new home ….So thank you …thank you …thank you Thelma…5 stars for your!!!!

SANDI and GABBY were extremely helpful, i received a awesome promotion online, contacted public storage to verify my reservation, but then repeatedly it was messed up on the Public Storage servers. from Monday to Friday i worked with public storage corporate to fix their errors and honor my promotion reservation and email confirmation. 2 good corporate reps, and 4 corporate reps with horrible behavior failed to fix the server reservation pricing to match the emailed reservation from oem corporate Public Storage. and 1 corporate manager refused to work with me even though I'm had email receipt and email print screens and was the worst behavior I've seen given i had been emailed the promotion. Finally by Friday after exhausting my time with corporate i met with SANDI to try and resolve the issue and try to get the onsite location servers to honor my promotion price i had emails confirming the promo and pricing from corporate email but they wouldn't work onsite. working through her contacts and calling a few managers, SANDI took the time, both politely and proactively to resolve the pricing to match the promotion i had been emailed. i dont know what she did exactly on the backend, but considering i made about 15 calls from Monday to Thursday to corporate which failed to resolve the issue. I assume, it wasn't the easiest procedure to get pushed through. BUT, SANDI took the time to solve my issue completely. THANKS SANDI

I’ve had my storage unit for a few years now. I am very happy storing my belongings here. Recently I got behind on my unit (still recovering from Christmas, haha) but Sandy was AMAZING. She frequently communicated with me and made sure I got the best care. Sandy is so friendly and seems like a dream-employee! I love my storage unit and especially my storage family is what I love to call them. Ms Sandy I may not have spelled it right but she is a wonderful woman. Unfortunately covid has had lingering effects on my career and like so many others I find myself struggling to make ends meet. Storage rent is always late but Sandi always makes sure she calls to help me avoid late fees if I'm able to and makes numerous attempts even when I don't always answer. It's obvious she cares about the tenants. I appreciate her so much.

Terrible place to store, there are a-lot of break ins due to a cut open fence. Next storage facility over has broken windows from gun shots. Employee had stated they had not received their entire paycheck due to the district manager. Corporate needs to get their act together. Store with a company that actually cares and doesn’t up your rent every 90 days.
