Debbie is amazing
Fantastic service from Carian and the whole team at this location - they supported a move we had a few months back and were flexible with the access to the unit with the code they provided and made it easy to transport items in and out with the wheeled carts the location provided. Getting our stuff up and down the elevators was a breeze!

I am so excited! We have been renting here for a couple of years now, the staff has always been super helpful and we just rented our third unit. Once again they were awesome and also saved me some money!! This is our second time running here in the last 10 years, definitely five star service
So far the service is excellent. I rented a smaller unit and decided to switch. They were Gracious enough to accommodate my needs. Carian Provided me with great customer service and she was super kind.

Moving my girlfriends things from Texas to Minnesota so I did not know the area. The staff in the office where very helpful and kind! Units were very clean, carts to help in moving the boxes. The staff was very helpful, would highly recommend if you need to store anything!

The staff is/has always been very patient, friendly and helpful. Property and building are well-cared for. And the building interiors are always in good repair and clean. I felt my stored items were always safe there and I personally felt safe there when I was alone in my unit’s building. Will gladly recommend this facility in the future.

Shanika was amazing, very considerate and understanding. I forgot to leave my unit open after move out, and they worked with us and didn't charge an extra month. Every staff we encountered was friendly, courteous, and above and beyond customer service. They made our transition experience great.

Entire facility is clean, neat, and orderly. For the larger rental spaces I personally like the insulated ceilings which helps with the adverse weather conditions.

Public Storage took over my storage company and never reached out to me even though there was a discrepancy in paperwork and now they’re charging me late these they refuse to wave when I did nothing wrong and it makes more rational sense and they understand they didn’t reach out to me in time for the late fee to occur They wouldn’t help me over the phone either because of the paperwork discrepancy and even when they told me to come into the storage facility to take care of the issue when I went to the storage facility, they said they wouldn’t be able to help me because of a city inspection issue . This company is eager to take your belongings and sell them and they don’t care about you at all.
They don’t want to hear anything rational they just want to take your money. Especially Eric when you call the customer service number he really could care less about doing his job well. Victoria was helpful as much as she could be . She was polite and smiled apologizing for being treated this way when she agrees I shouldn’t be charged a late fee .

On February the 28th.... I was running around trying to find a storage space at the last minute and I went to this location (PUBLIC STORAGE on 205 in Rockwall) The two Beautiful and Awesome young Ladies (Trena & Carian) was so patient and understanding and help me get a space rented at the last minute! I am forever GRATEFUL and THANKFUL to them for working with me!!

The actual storage place, facility, cleaning crew, staff, etc. are all really good. They came and asked me to do a google review today - and it just so happens that today I got an email from them saying my storage rate was going up again. This is the second time in the past 12 months that they raised my rate and it hasn't been a small increase. There is no justification of the rate increase, other than they built a new 2 story building adjacent to our building and must be needing us to pay for that new space. I am shopping for another storage place now. The rate increases are ridiculous! Facility = 4 stars and Management = 1.5 stars. I rounded up.

This place is amazing. The people here are so friendly and so compassionate that they understood my need for storage immediately. The young lady who works here, I believe her name is Carian, was amazing and very, very helpful when making my storage decision.
Long story after moving a disabled person from a location they had lived at for 30 years to a new location and being lied to about storage I quickly got to searching and based on reviews I found this location in North rockwall. I was able to come in and talk to this wonderful young lady and see an available unit that fit my needs. Not only did this please me, but set me at easy. I was amazed at the kind of treatment I had received and the fact that such a person just listened and genuinely cared to help solve my issues.
