Hello my name is Barbara I just rented a public storage unit and the service was great 👍. Easy online picking your unit easy access to the gates in and out. I had noticed my unit handle my slide handle was damaged a bit so I contacted the office manager I voiced my concerns about it. She listened to my concerns and she would take care of this problem after she talked to her boss. And surely she called me In 2 days and she said she and other guy will be there to fixing on my door it was raining but she and the guy fixed it and I was satisfied and a happy person. The ease of reserving the unit was seamless from the online reservation to receiving a confirmation call to being welcomed by Ruth who was delightful, thorough, and full of great energy. The location was well maintained and the unit clean. I recommend bringing your own lock and don't forget the insurance.
Ruth was very nice and knowledgeable, place is conveniently located in the middle of Rockwall right next to highway access, clean climate controlled indoor storage, good security, gate access, they spray for pests, etc. plus the app has Bluetooth which works for gate entry. Exactly what I needed for the price and Ruth was very kind.

I rent from public storage. In the past I've rented from other self storage companies, but by far this company has welcomed me, helped me, and was quick with helping down size my unit as well. The manager at the Rockwall location is super friendly, and he took care of my needs. He is stepping in for his co-worker who is also just as polite and gracious with their kindness and making sure that I was taken care of. The property looks great, and very easy to get to. I would highly recommend this location if your locating to Rockwall.

The site manager was awesome and extremely helpful. I was looking to upgrade from a 5x5 to a 10x10 knowing it would've been larger than what I required. Fortunately there was a 5x10 available and we transferred the account, set up the auto-pay and was given more than enough time to move my things around. This was just too easy.

We reserved online and it was advertised that the first month would be free. However, we were charged right away. Then we thought we were reserving for the Wylie location and got bumped to a Rockwall location.
When we got to the unit for the first time our code didn't work that was sent to us. We had to go in and sort everything out. The person who helped us was great but the online process was a mess. We are used to using online apps because we have moved with the Army and have never had such a hard time.
I was super unhappy with service I received from previous storage but you guys where great and very helpful I was in a bad mood but Ruth quickly changed my mood with her great attitude. It's hard to find good workers and she's one
