Got a good deal on a 5×5 July 2023.... Got my stuff in that 5×5 for a whole year no rats no bugs it was air-conditioned and everything..... The management seems to change a lot but overall it was a good experience

Went from charging $118/mo in 2021 for a 10x10 to $250 for no reason other than because they can. Over double the cost in three years is a ripoff.

It was so easy to rent a unit and they had amazing deals on the site!! I got twice the unit for half the price compared to uhual storage. Austin and Morri were really good to me as well!! Don't go anywhere else these humans are the Bomb!!

Everytime I go to my storage units Morris and Paula have been very helpful and their customer service has always been excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this location.

Morri at public storage is awesome. Very responsive to all my questions or concerns. Extremely friendly and helpful. Feel that the rent has been raised too high to continue renting. I was fortunate that I have extra room to store my items in and not have to pay this inflated rent. If looking to rent a space try not to get the third level in the climate controlled, several things were ruined due to higher temperatures.

Three months into my rental and they raised the rent $20 even though they said they do not raise it within the first 6 months. The elevators are always out of service and the cart is only available for use during office hours.

Bait and switch alert! I've been a customer for 10 months and the cost of my storage unit has almost doubled. Every couple months they jack up the cost for the same unit. Facility is decent. On site staff is nice. But their pricing is predatory.

My mother and I came up to Public Storage to switch our current unit. My mother had talked to Morri over the phone the day before to work out the details. Morri was incredibly personable, helpful, and detailed. We were very impressed and pleased with our experience. We look forward to doing business with Public Storage in the future because of this experience. Thank you Morri.

The Rufe Snow location is awesome. I did not write down her name (regretfully) - but the manager (female) that helped me get signed up was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. She took her time, explaining everything. The units are well maintained and just an all around great experience… and you can’t say that about many “service” experiences nowadays!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the N Richland Hills, TX location on Rufe Snow!!

Do not purchase a Public Storage lock if you lease a unit at this location & plan to utilize their '30 Day Refund Policy'. They will not accept used locks back. The 'policy' essentially extends to their front door & once you take possession, that's it! To get the refund you would have to buy their lock, LEAVE IT IN THE STOREFRONT, go buy your own & bring it in to have the refund processed. If you have previously leased a Public Storage unit & find your old lock & keys within the allotted 30 days YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!! Even if the representative says you will be able to. THE LOCK I WAS PROVIDED WAS NOT NEW IN AN UNOPENED PACKAGE! Three weeks at this location & the DAY AFTER I finished filling my unit with furniture & belongings for a 2 bedroom apartment, I'm making plans to take my business elsewhere before the next billing cycle.

I’ve used the Public Storage in Southlake; as well as shopping around for 3 other storages fairly close by. This one is by far the cleanest I’ve seen. I rent a climate controlled unit and usually storage spaces have that “smell.” This one doesn’t. It smells clean. I’ve used this storage for about 9 months and every time I’ve come, it’s clean, nothing is out of place, and customer service is unparalleled. I could get storage anywhere, but I come here because with Nicole, I know I’m going to see a friendly face, smile, and a positive attitude! She has a high standard with how things are run and goes above and beyond keeping the property running smoothly and efficiently!

Nicole impressed me so much that I had to write a long review to give it justice. In short, this site has everything you want in a self storage facility with reasonable pricing. So look no further! 1. Customer service is 5 stars! Nicole is super knowledgeable and a total angel. She's in a class of her own. I'm only highlighting a few of the several reasons why I think she's awesome. Without my asking, she noticed that I didn't get a proper refund when I canceled my unit at a different Public Storage location (where I had an unpleasant experience). Even though the unpleasant experience at the other site wasn't her fault, she was so compassionate and generously took her time to show me around to alleviate any fears I now had about renting a unit. I enjoyed the tour so much that I lost track of time and didn't realize it was 30 minutes past closing time! She did not say a word and kept going. This shows how much she sacrifices herself to please customers. Public Storage struck gold by hiring her. She has the Midas touch and any business that hires her will definitely bring in a lot of happy customers! Even fact, I overheard the lady before me call her an angel too! This speaks volumes about her integrity and selfless service to every customer. 2. It's CLEAN. The campus, floors, and storage units are all very clean! 3. It's WEATHER PROOF. The climate control works and protects your belongings from extreme heat and cold. It also keeps the storage units looking like new. The metal parts are not rusted like other sites that don't have climate control. The roofs and walls are well maintained and intact. 4. It's FAST to unload things. There are plenty of areas for you to park closest to your storage unit. Each building has two entrances and two elevators at opposite ends so you can get to your things faster. 5. It's SAFE. It's a nice, bustling neighborhood. This is a gated facility with security cameras at key entrance points. The elevators only provide access to the 2nd and 3rd floors if you own a storage unit there. That prevents random people from entering (and is a perk for those who are on the 2nd and 3rd floors.) 6. It's CONVENIENT. The Public Storage smartphone app is ultra convenient. It's easy to sign up and manage your account. Plus, you can open the gate and gain elevator floor access straight from the app too. 7. The storage unit door (and the sliding hasp for locks) are easy to open. They just glide right open. 8. Last but not least, it's BUG-free. I didn't see tiny critters (smaller than ants) that I saw at the other site. This place is simply immaculate.

What a great staff! They're thorough and incredibly helpful. They run a tight ship and adhere to the rules for safety and made us feel comfortable storing our things there. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage unit!!!

We have used several (6+) Public Storage facilities and several other storage facilities for the past several years and I can easily say that Nicole runs this facility better than any other I've seen. The property is clean, secure, and easily accessible. Furthermore, Nicole's service is above and beyond. I had reserved a 10x20 unit on the ground floor because I wanted it to be quick and easy to get to. Nicole had the unit I reserved ready to go when I arrived, but also thought outside the box and showed me a similar sized unit with a slightly different layout right next to the door to see if I wanted it. The fact that she recognized what was important to me and went out of her way to offer me a better option (for the same price) blew my mind. You just don't see many property managers trying to understand the needs of their customers like Nicole anymore. Anyway, all that to say I was thrilled and very impressed with her and we will only be using this property moving forward. Thanks, Nicole!

Horrible customer service and facilities. They raise your rent 50% every six months. Very dirty and the gates and elevators are constantly out of service. Poorly managed at not just the local level but also Corporate level, they don’t return phone calls and never answer the phone...
